I am not interested in what you say
I dare say that is the case however, this is a public forum where people exchange views.

You don't have to agree with my view, however, you may be interested to know that most people will not be interested in what you say.

For example, in this case we are talking about quoting from unreliable sources which I have quite correctly pointed out.

Why A Virgin Birth?

@ethang5
You are suffering from OCD
biased moron
like an idiot who spray paints insults on a church wall
your insane behavior

no one really thinks of you. ........ you are insignificant. Empty.

You are like the crazy man on the street corner yelling his obsession

you waste your life posting the same stupidity
How long will you keep spamming
Could you really be that insane? Is your life that frivolous? Are you really that petty?

you were just a mentally ill troll with an empty life
The fact that you're too dense and compulsive

Yes, you compulsive idiot. It's only insulting to you, because you're deluded.
You've asked a thousand times, and each time you've been told yes, and that you're a moron.

This comes from just two posts on this page.
In the last instance, the member quit in disgust.

You have been pulled up in several posts already that your compulsive,insulting, offensive behavior has gone way beyond the pale.

Why does theocracy get such a bad rep from the religious?
-->
@User_2006
Theocracy is outdated and outlasted. We use a separate system.

The bible gets old. The jury changes, and doesn't get old.

Exactly. Sure the Bible does have some good stuff in it which we can still learn from.
But those who take that to mean that everything about the Bible is good and should be followed are making a tragic mistake.

It isn't just the law of the land but our ethics and moral values that change over time and what many Christians claim as being wholesome are considered by the society at large as being offensive and bigoted.
For example, villification of minority groups such as gays, anti-abortion and anti-assisted suicide.

WILLOWS ALT
Very well observed.
However, are you going to properly address the post?
Or do you concede the point that has been made several times by several people, that your sources (and ultimately the basis of your argument) are dubious to say the least?

Atheists Are Not Stupid
-->
@User_2006
I know I am not religious, and I will make my argument from my angle.

Very well put there. There has been much research carried out examining the lower IQs of religious followers and I think what resonates universally is the censorship of information that Christians, for example have imposed on them whether it be scientific information or any other reports that may conflict with their beliefs.

Another factor worth considering is the genetic factor (The God gene hypothesis proposes that human spirituality is influenced by heredity and that a specific gene, called vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2), predisposes humans towards spiritual or mystic experiences.)

A test psychologists often use to determine if one is spiritual is:

"If I buy a baseball bat and ball for $110 and the baseball bat cost $100 more than the ball, how much did the ball cost?"

You will be amazed at how accurate the test is and why.

@Alec
Given that most of America is Christian, wouldn't it make sense for true Christians to accept theocracy?

Great question there.

I am always sceptical of just how many people who call themselves Christians are actually Christians to the extent of believing in and obeying God.
For example, in Australia, the Federal census revealed that less than 14% of Catholics regularly attend Church.

We have seen how brutal and oppressive theocracies have been over the centuries and I think that in modern civilised society it just won't happen again.

What would happen if the earth stopped rotating?
-->
@fauxlaw
1 day = 1 rotation of the earth = an increasing amount of time since the earth was formed. Isn't that what I said, quoting from Scientific American? Like I said, you're fixated on this 24-hour bit. 1 day = 1 rotation ≠ a constant duration of time throughout earth's history.
Don't you think that you are thrashing and trying to stretch the "time discrepancy" argument way past its use-by-date?
It certainly does creationism any favours to keep trying to bridge and smooth over what are blatantly obvious discrepancies.

The Bible got it horribly wrong and no number of excuse rights it.

How about moving on from the old worn-out nit-picking of established facts and contribute something more useful and constructive to the creationism debate.
For example, you could at least research the exhaustive unbiased, scientific research and findings made by the many large venture-based organizations set up to specifically prove creationism.

Then, come back and put your findings on the table for us to discuss.

Willows was banned but as you know he is compulsive, so has been making sock puppets and spamming his usual stupidity till he is caught and the fake account deleted. Then he does it again with another sock puppet, all the while claiming he's on a crusade against Christianity. - Ethan

I think it is time that you pull your head in a bit and actually make an attempt to listen to what others are trying to get accross to you.

I have told you quite succinctly whilst Ragnar indirectly and in a very veiled way (post #43) inferred that you have made some blithering mistakes and accusations that others may find (and have found) more than a tad offensive. Simply put, they have left.
And whilst I do not support the way this site is policed I do have sound ethics and morals and do not like seeing new members (who want to have their fair say) quiting in disgust from you directly bullying them with intimidating lies and accusations.

If you want to keep up your continued ill-tempered rantings, insults and abuse that's your business but, hurl it at me and keep innocent people (new members) out of it. I can take it and have taken your crap for years yet I can hurl it back with interest. But the way you are carrying on is the same as what finally precipitated the mass exodus of existing members and lack of new members from DDO.
I witnessed the whole thing happen with you and Harikari gratuitously exchanging some of the most revolting, offensive, bigoted, racist prose that could ever be written; to such an extent that no other member ever had a chance to make a post without an entire page of filth blocking them on a daily basis.

You are very fond of using the word "compulsive" and in that respect I suggest that you count the number of posts you have made in the past week (and their content) then take a good long, hard look at yourself.
For God's sake, sit up and listen to others for once.
