Black Magic is only considered bad to Calvinists. The only region of America that burnt witches was New England(founded by Puritans)
In America, it was different, but Europe burned witches for a long time.
Magic/Superstition is generally accepted in Catholic/Lutheran cultures. Sure there is bad luck and good luck, but the construction of superstition and ritual in of itself wasn't demonized.
Well, plenty of black magic is demonized today too. Google wont show sites which contain black magic rituals, but somehow google play app store is filled with bunch of black magic apps. AI wont answer when you ask it to give you some black magic ritual. So my source for black magic are yandex search, apps from play store, and many books which happen to contain plenty of black magic.

Thats kinda too difficult and way different from my program. If I followed that, I would have to do 5 push ups every hour, which amounts to 50 push ups per day in total. Right now I do about 30 push ups per day, usually about 10 per each exercise, and 3 exercises per day. The program which you are suggesting has no rest time. All it would achieve would be huge weight loss, and then of course you can do more push ups after because you weight less lol

My other explanation is that my wrists are kinda weak, and push ups put lots of pressure on wrists.

I follow a rule of 3 work out.
So per day, 3 different exercises each repeated 3 times.
I work out for 6 days, then I rest for 3 days.
So it looks about like this. In one day:
Dips exercise 3x
Push ups exercise 3x
Lifting 3x
But the results were very strange from start. For example, from the very start, I struggled to do even 1 push up while being able to do 5 to 10 dips.
Now I can do about 12 push ups, and up to 30 dips, sometimes even over 40 dips.
However, this isnt normal. All sources on internet say that you are supposed to be able to do more push ups than dips. I have found few people online saying they have this same issue.
For me, the only explanation I can come up with is that either push ups put more pressure on some muscles, either same muscles perform different when in different position.
I find this situation kinda silly because people are mostly saying that dips are difficult, but I find dips kinda easy. I find plank, push ups and lifting very difficult and exhausting, but dips are like the easiest exercise for me.

Black magic is widely considered "bad" because it's traditionally viewed as the use of magic or supernatural powers for evil and selfish purposes, often associated with harm, manipulation, and negative outcomes.
Well, sure, some people use it for evil. I dont think all people use it just to benefit themselves. For example, there is the Summon Evil Guardian spell which is used to make anyone who wants you harm to feel scared and back away. Its a pure self defense spell.

Ever since Christians started hunt on witches, there was this idea that black magic is somehow bad because it causes harm.
However, I find it difficult to understand such a position. For example, guns cause harm, yet guns are necessary for self defense. Sure, bad people can use guns for bad purposes, but that doesnt mean we should all just get rid of all guns, because thats unrealistic.
Same principle works with black magic. It can be used for self defense, to destroy or control the ones who want to harm you. Plus, many spells in black magic arent meant to cause harm to others. Some are just love spells or money spells powered by offerings to powerful beings. Some are transformation spells. Some are spells to control dreams. I dont really see why would it be considered bad. Like, considering it bad wont make it go away, and there is no actual way to protect from black magic anyway if black magic user has greater powers.

The book "Win Every Argument" is a best seller.
Some chapter talks of debate baits. You make a claim which looks very questionable, wait for opponent to deny it, and then you present source for your claim, thus proving your claim true, proving opponent wrong and making him look stupid while at it.
It also talks of rule of three. You should usually divide debate into 3 main points, 3 points which are strongest and get most attention from you. There can be some smaller points here and there too.
When making a counter argument, always make sure not only to negate opponent's argument, but make counter argument so it directly proves your side of topic. These are "positive counter arguments" which arent just shooting down your opponent's claim, but proving your side.
For example, if opponent says "A improves health", you shouldnt say "it doesnt improve health" or "health doesnt matter". You should say "it harms health", because that directly proves your side of topic, especially if followed by some reasons and sources.
Now, when making a counter argument, if you want to sound better, dont start with "Thats not true" or anything like that. The debating standard is "your argument, then your counter argument". In other words, never start your response with counter argument. First present your new arguments, then respond to opponent's arguments.
And never dedicate too much time responding to opponent's arguments. You can never respond to it all in formal debate. Just pick about 5 or 6 of his main best most important points, and respond to those.
Also, have many arguments and counter arguments written in advance and many sources prepared. Make sure you use facts. Dont make assumptions you cant prove, and dont make claims you dont have proof for. You can figure out which opponent's main points will be. If its junk food, its obviously going to be about health.
There are some main arguments which are very common: Health, Economy (costs vs gains), Ability to be achieved, liberty...
Now, remember, it doesnt matter what the outcome of a debate will be. 99% of debates in the world dont really matter and dont change anything at all. People who agree with you will agree with you even if you had no arguments. Its just done for fun.
