we are starting a site wide conservative alliance. Bote yes on issue two, so we can bring our alliance to power https://www.debateart.com/forum/topics/6725-meep-reformed-ban-policy-and-debateart-president

I voted Yes on issue 2.

following up on the last question, what left-wing commentators do you watch?

Vaush, Kyle Kulinski, David Pakman, Hunter avellone.

Are there any channels, people, or subjects on YouTube or other media platforms, you've enjoyed in the past or present, if so why?

I like political channels. Even though I’m on the right, I like more left wing Youtubers than right wing ones. It turns out not all lefties are SJWs.

Are you leaning left-wing or right-wing? I've seen some of your comments and debates you seem to have a more liberal take on things more than conservative

It depends on the issue. Abortion, I'm pro choice. Gun control, I oppose. Immigration; I want open borders. Homosexuality, I'd prefer it if gays got civil unions instead of forcing the church to do things that go against their religion. My full list of controversial and non controversial beliefs is in the link below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JLXSHzcLNJ0V3EGGOtSm--8Epqct1nR9fUaC4Ao65lM/edit

Required reading in school, have there been any books that stand out in your memory, if so, why?

The Road by Cormac McCarthy

You said that eliminating the national debt should be the top priority. What would some short term and some long term solutions?

I made a spreadsheet collection. Since I don’t know how to get it on here from my phone, I’ll get it uploaded to my profile preferably tomorrow.

OMG IS THIS ALEC?

Yes. Sorry about the late response.

Alec, you say that you want to "expand" military spending to be about 1% of the GDP. Current military spending is actually close to 3% of the GDP. Explain.

Open borders would cause our GDP to skyrocket to over 3.7x what it is today because our population would increase by that much. Since I support open borders, which would increase our GDP to be over 3.7x what it is today, I would also support a slight increase in military spending to keep up with NATO quotas, which requires that every nation spends 2% of their GDP on defense. Granted, this requirement should be tweaked to 1% since few NATO countries spend that much on the military and the ones that do only do so because of this requirement (except for the US). I'd want to decrease the percentage of GDP, but increase the number of dollars spent on the military. Does this make sense?

Are you an alt of Alec?

Yes. I think Virt took down my old account though.

Alec?

This is me. I asked Virt if I could get a new account and he said sure. I think my school system is going to take my other account away from me.
