I've explained several times when a person is considered born. Born people have rights under the Constitution if they live in the United States of America. People who are on life support and brain dead are still considered living people if their families have not agreed to have those machines turned off. I have no idea why you're confused on this.

Almost definitely. Immigrant blacks from places like Nigeria tend to attain higher education and have higher employment rates than native blacks. This doesn't mean that blacks aren't discriminated against, though. You could likely cite similar statistics against rednecks vs city people, there is both a culture of low wealth mobility, but they are also discriminated against by how they dress and speak. There is both a culture in the black/redneck community to avoid higher education and a culture in rich urban whites to discriminate against those same groups.

Gender reassignment surgery involves removing reproductive organs and replacing them with forearm skin, and open wounds.
A nose job, or "cyberpunk type implants" don't do that type of stuff.
They are all equal under the principle of bodily autonomy.

There are a few exceptions, usually for religious or educational purposes. Also many countries are 18 or even lower. (16 in Germany for instance)

I actually agree with this. I think that sex education meaning learning about the risks of sex, and why sex exists, and how it works is important to learn at a younger age, preferably at a reasonable age of 14.
