Note the goalpost shift redefining a press request as a "press release"Yet another tactic to resolve the hypocritical dissonance. (in theory)
Noted. Another tactic to resolve the dissonance of hypocrisy is to accuse someone else of hypocrisy. In this case, me! Yet the real point here is about a conflict of interests and the ideal of a free, independent press. The refusal to acknowledge this via dodginess, whataboutisms, TDS, and a general lack of objectivity has made it about hypocrisy, alas.

What about it?
It precedes the post which I did address to you. Actually, carefully review this entire page to see where exactly you got lost (hint: it regards post 32)
I cannot say that I’m confident you will make it back on track here…

Double R rejected your argument Biden did something wrong because Trump inappropriately used the media at his rallies.
So… this constitutes sound reasoning to you?
I think there is someone in your mirror you need to meet with.

FYI, reporting posters isn’t usually my style. I make an exception in your case because you first reported me (and it was a false accusation, I might add). So, if you judge reporting others as “crybaby” behavior, perhaps you should take a long look in the mirror?

Note that you wondered what the problem is when a Democrat Whitehouse issues instructions to the media, whereas you definitely see a problem when it is a Republican Whitehouse.
What does that make you?
Also, reported for blatant name calling

Tu Quoque would have been committed if I were claiming right wing media did the same thing as your example which makes this legitimate. That’s not what I did. I pointed out how what they did during the Trump years was 10x worse and yet you seem to have no issue with it. In other words, you’re being a hypocrite. That’s not an ad hominem BTW because it’s an actual argument with a premises, logic and a conclusion that you yourself seemed to have arrived at if this is where you got that from.
Yours is somewhat of a textbook example:
“Tu quoque (/tjuːˈkwoʊkwi, tuːˈkwoʊkweɪ/;[1] Latin Tū quoque, for "you also") is a discussion technique that intends to discredit the opponent's argument by attacking the opponent's own personal behavior and actions as being inconsistent with his argument, therefore accusing hypocrisy.”
Actually, it is more of a pathetically desperate attempt at a tu quoque. In other words, it doesn’t even rise to the level of a tu quoque fallacy (!) because you are merely assuming I have never had an issue with what you describe. You need to check some dates— when I started on this website, and when the last presidency ended. The object of your obsession hasn’t been president for 3 years now.

Do you know the difference between a pundit/opinion commentator and a news anchor? In another thread you did, so I don’t know why you’re losing the plot now other than your partisan blinders. This is all part of a tu quoque fallacy in any case…

Your fallacy of choice here is the ad hominem tu quoque. Didn’t see that one coming! Do you see CNN and Fox in a similar light? Yeah, I didn’t think so…
Also, you confuse pundits with news anchors.

When the press is meant to hold power accountable, it is generally understood to mean power which is not pro Democrat. That goes for corporations, unions, and the DNC.

“White House sends letter to news execs urging outlets to ‘ramp up’ scrutiny of GOP’s Biden impeachment inquiry ‘based on lies’”
Marching orders given; marching orders gladly recieved! Oliver Darcy at CNN dutifully reports on the White House issuing instructions to media and proceeds to follow those instructions in the very same article without even a hint of irony or self awareness. It must be read to be believed:

*Trump voice* “We got zero inflation, people! I call that a win! So much winning…”
Created:
Though I was actually pointing out that slower inflation is not the same as deflation.
I remember when Biden proudly announced that inflation was “Zero” one particular month, as if to say “no more inflation, folks!” In reality, it meant that the rising rate of inflation had stopped its increase and had tapered off. The press, God bless ‘em, let the President’s naïve interpretation slide and simply restated the proper meaning. Had… “the occupant” said the same thing, he would have been lambasted for his economic ignorance.

Indeed. Sorry about that. It’s just that I have a rather low opinion of US politicians, and I wasn’t interested in hearing the names of people I never heard of as a way for Americans to creatively sidestep the intent of my question.
That said, I am often surprised at how obsessed people of other nations are with US politics. I guess this is our world, and you just live in it : )

We need to have a US President with an IQ over 150. John Quincy Adams had an IQ of 175. Thomas Jefferson had an IQ of 160.

To start, if CRT is an inaccurate label, what should this push to alter lower education be called?
*crickets*
Right… if it cannot be conveniently labeled, it is much more difficult to critique and to pigeonhole as ideology, isn’t it? Good thinking! “Mums the word.”
As the inventors of CRT will gladly attest, CRT “is a verb, not a noun.” Translation: it is a lens through which to see society. Talking about what type of lens it is would be the noun. But looking through that lens is the verb. So, it is not that grade schoolers are being taught CRT (noun) per se; they are being taught via CRT (verb), which is why teachers everywhere are being taught CRT rather than their students.
