What can the country do for raise fertility?  Remove taxes from the poor.  Raise the consumer confidence index so that people have money.  Not useless transfers and subsidies.

I believe that in a post-industrial society it makes no sense to be interested in fertility.  This number of labor force is no longer needed. People are more urbanized, marginalized, so more individualists live in cities, no one wants to reproduce the genus.

slavery is good because you turn on the competitive spirit for basic needs.

Morality is not subjective. It can be compared to your political coordinates, it's just a set of your values and beliefs.
