Pro waives round 1. Con chooses a debate topic and definitions. Pro can either argue for it or argue against it, declaring his stance and making his arguments. Con will argue the opposing stance.
Burden of proof is shared
There is a twist. Pro and con must make at least three arguments each. Pro and con are each allowed one “invincible argument” they label during their opening rounds , which the other side cannot contest besides outweighing with another invincible argument (they may also ask tricky or leading questions for clarification). This argument can not be the framework, semantics, trolling. It also cannot be a blatant lie.
Round 1

Debate Topic: Sex-positive feminism is/are a/the better brand(s) of it, for the cause, than anti-pornographic and generally 'conservative' brand(s) of it.
'brand' is interchangable with branch/form in terms of its definition.
'Feminism' is defined as:
Feminism, the belief in social, economic, and political equality of the sexes. Although largely originating in the West, feminism is manifested worldwide and is represented by various institutions committed to activity on behalf of women’s rights and interests.
'Better' is defined as:
3: more attractive, favorable, or commendablein better circumstances4: more advantageous or effectivea better solution
My actual stance is very Pro on this topic but I am completely ready to play devil's advocate and gave a lot of thought into which topic to pick here. It's a topic that has occurred to me as something I am very interested in.
If my opponent wants a properly intense fight, he should go for the Con side, if I am made to be Con on this topic, I will play dirty. I am very familiar indeed with what genuine arguments there are for the Con side, I just see more logic in the Pro side of it.
