Description

If food had the capacity for thought, it would acknowledge its desire as the want to be eaten. Food is grown to be consumed. The most appealing food is the most produced and consumed. Trashy or unwanted food is cast out and thrown away. If food was conscious, it would not want to be excluded and rotten. Eatables would want to be "cherished" and valued via being ingested. If the subsistence was successfully devoured, its purpose would be fulfilled.

(The food cannot feel physical pain. Only emotional.)
