On balance, everyone should carry around buckets when outside.

Burden of Proof (BoP):  

Preamble: 
My goal is to prove that everyone should not carry around buckets when outside. If I can do so, then I win, and if I cannot then CON wins.

Arguments: 

Argument 1:
Even getting a bucket is infeasible for many, and therefore carrying buckets around outside all the time is impossible.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) [0] there are approximately 800 million people without access to even a basic clean water source. Without this basic access to water, how can we expect these people to have access to buckets? There are also hundreds of millions in extreme poverty [1] and the purchase of a bucket would cause many of these people to not have enough to eat or live. Without having a bucket at all, how can you possibly carry it?

Argument 2:

Carrying buckets around while outside is detrimental in many ways.

Imagine you are walking outside with your bucket, and it starts to rain. As you walk down the street you notice that the bucket gets heavier and heavier. If you have a big enough bucket, you might discover that you cannot move very fast or possibly at all (if you are small, young, or frail). In that case, it can be physically impossible for them to carry a bucket.

Conclusion:
I believe that I have proved that everyone should not always carry a bucket with them while outside by proving that 1) lots of people can't even get a bucket, and 2) carrying buckets outside is harmful in many ways.
