I watched the video you stated.  It had some bias and did not cite their sources with any links, they just cited with things that viewers would have a hard time fact checking.  However, it basically said that Cultural Marxism was not a threat to Western civilization.  It said that Cultural Marxism was a term invented by Nazis and they interchangeably use it to describe the left.  However, Cultural Marxism is very much alive and are not a conspiracy theory.

Cultural Marxism is, "idea that traditional culture is the source of oppression in the modern world"(https://www.gotquestions.org/cultural-Marxism.html).  The site is biased, but I modified the definition to try to be more objective.  In other words, it's a bunch of westerners that hate the west for influencing it's power on others.  I don't agree with Cultural Marxism, but many left leaning people don't like the west/the US for being imperialist/racist.  Colin Kapernick is an example of a Cultural Marxist, since he thinks the US is racist.  Black Lives Matter believes in pretty much the same thing.  Same thing for tens of millions of Americans nationwide.

Cultural Marxism is far from a rumor imposed by the Right.  It is a reality.
