I am going to assume the debate resolution is Israel or Palestine, Who is right? I argue that neither is right, and neither is wrong.

Palestinians are Christians and Muslims native to the current are of the state of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. In 1948, the Green Line was established, through an armistice agreement with the regions Arab states. (Encyclopedia Britannica). In 1967, Israel captured the west bank and east Jerusalem during the 6 day war, as told by the Council on Foreign Relations. The internal borders of Palestine, remain a point of contention, as the Oslo accords have not resolved them..

The Jewish people have a deep rooted biblical connection to the area, promised to them by Abraham. During the 19th century, the Jewish people started to return and consolidate in the Palestine area, and following WWII, the UN, in 1948 established the Israel state. I therefore define Israel as the modern Jewish group.

Both Palestine and Israel have a bona fide argument to occupation of the area they both claim and/or occupy. Neither has an exclusive claim. So both are right. and both are wrong.

Yes your points are valid that both are right. But There is one point how dominant that isreal continually attacking on Palistines people with any reason. Even in every Ramadan he was attack on masjid Aqsa how is very important for the Muslims . He continues attacking on masjid Aqsa. This is forbidden the law of un on the war. On the other side if Russia do same thing in Ukraine then it is war criminals but if isreal do which was doing in Palistine and masjid Aqsa it is right. This is the double standard of West. This is point no one talk about it. This is islam phobia .

This is in no way a support for either side. However I want to address some problems with Pros last comments.

First, I agree with Pro that the West are hypocritical and selective.

However, Pro erroneously leverages the UN. When Israel declared independence in1948 they did so with the totality of the area.

Palestine is not a sovereign nation under the eyes of the UN. in 2012 they were given observer status which does not give voting rights.

The comparison with Russia and Ukraine is a poor analogy. a better analogy would be Ukraine and the Donbas from 2014 on.

While not endorsing war conduct at any level, the Palestinian situation is observed as an internal matter. Some UN members see tates who engage in support of Palestine as supporters of terror.

Whilst I think Israeli conduct is reprehensible Pro has agreed that neither party is right, and their parallel to Ukrain is flawed ab initio
