Round 1
Pro
#1
Where are the poor people?
Con
#2
Number of families living below the poverty line in the United States from 1990 to 2022

Round 2
Pro
#3
Thats not poverty. Those losers have food, and if they dont its their fault for not having a job.
Con
#4
Even if every single poor person in capitalism was just lazy, they would still exist. PRO has the burden of proof to show that no poor people exist in capitalism.

I said

IN CAPITALISM.

In order to be in capitalism, you need to be a buyer or seller, so you cannot be poor if you are either of those.
Con
#6
What you said makes no sense, economies are capitalist, not individual transactions. Furthermore, the living people under the poverty line are still at the very least food buyers.
