dinner: roast beef, chocolate chip waffles with real organic maple syrup, two small oranges

As we all know, the true delight of a tasty meal comes from fresh ingredients and seasoning.
Health should be determined by how well the versatility of the food meets your nutritional and vitamin needs.: Water, fats, carbs, and protein.

Breakfast:
10 oz filet mignon. (Seasoned with rosemary, salt, and pepper.)
4 scrambled eggs. (I find that sour cream is a perfect substitute for milk for the ultimate texture and flavor. Green onion really adds richness and delight to the eggs, which is why it is used in omelettes a lot.)
5 oz chunky chocolate oatmeal. (There is a royal cocoa flavor in the oatmeal that gives it a unique and original flavor that most might find more appealing than traditional chocolate because the sweetness is not too rich as to be heavy, but coffee cream is usually added to this recipe to sometimes counter-balance the chocolate.)

Lunch:
8 oz chicken
2 cups white rice
1 cup broccoli
Glass of water.

Dinner:
Spaghetti Peppe & Tomato Basil Sauce
Julius Caesar Salad
Glass of water.

breakfast: 4 slices of pineapple/jalapeno/pork pizza

lunch: bean salad with cucumber, sushi rolls with rice/nori/imitation crab/avocado, smoothie with mango/apple/orange/banana/lemon, red grapes

dinner: Bean salad again, shinramyun, 2 small oranges, smoothie with apple/mango/pineapple/banana/kiwi/spirulina/alfalfa/broccoli/spinach/barely grass/wheat grass/ginger root/parsley/kale/garlic

second dinner: salmon, long grain and wild rice, zucchini

I might be offended if I wasn't convinced you're a bloated diabetic that's chronically constipated and repulsive to look at.
Furthermore, you should get better taste in food before you actually do end up dying from that garbage.

Breakfast: Hashbrowns loaded with scrambled tofu, onions, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, spinach, mushrooms, vegan cheese, and sweet potatoes.

Lunch: Vegan egg salad sandwich with tofu.

Dinner: Greekstyle Eggplant with chickpeas, tomatoes, and a few olives served with a side of warm pita.

Dessert: The Great Green Smoothie. (1 banana, 1 apple, 1 handful frozen berries, 2 tbspoons flax seeds, 1 handful spinach, 1 glug orange juice, 1 glug coconut water, 2 scoops banana protein.)

(I drank five bottles of water.)

breakfast: veal sandwich because when you kill babies it makes you healthier. It has tomato and green pepper which makes it more healthy too. Also a banana.

lunch: organic aged cheddar mac n' cheese with broccolis and sriracha which is scientifically proven to enhance boner quality and fortify your nipples

dinner: leek and potato soup with crackers
