This is one of the most annoying things to read whenever a president leaves office. Every single one pardons criminals on their way out the door and you have stupid partisans who are always

"Look at these criminals who did crimes"

It's tradition to pardon criminals and give them a second shot at life when you leave office. Every president does it, and if you ever found yourself in the office of presidency and you did not pardon people on your way out of office than you are probably a heartless piece of shit.
