Just make the bathrooms gender neutral. That solves it. At a place I worked at, there were cisgender dudes that went into the women's restrooms and nobody cared. If there was a kid in the bathroom, then most of the time it would be locked. If not, then the adults respect their space.

Women and little girls have a right to not worry about pee all over the seats. Or a penis behind 200 pounds of raw muscle sitting next to them in a vulnerable place.
Most men have a natural chemical urge to protect women from this, (before the gender revolution suppressed natural instincts)

Society imposed a rule that boys have short hair and girls long hair.
Thats why most parents act like boys need to have short hair and they give them such hair cuts.
Its mostly a nonsense rule, but I guess its fun when some boy violates it and grows his hair long.
