Actually, no -- the tradition of 2 different messianic figures is still part of Judaism. Jesus was neither of them.
Yes two different. Almost as if one dies and then later comes back and is resurrected and finishes the prophecy. The theory of two of them should be a red flag for you but instead of you deny your own Messiah . It's literally always the same with you people. You denied God in the desert saving the manna when ordered not to as if you still deny God's miracles while watching literal food fall out of the sky and then to be punished for idol worship during the same time once again after seeing the miracles Moses performed in the name of God.

There is just this history of the Jewish people of this nonsense. Now you see that Jesus has fulfilled your prophecy and you know for a fact they are filled in two parts because of the dual Messiah theory and yet you deny it and you will continue use to be filled by the occasional and obvious false prophets like Sabbatai Zevi.

no, 2 different people. 1 dies and he is dead. They have 2 different roles and purposes.

the fact that the two are not as you understand should be a red flag that you are speaking about something you don't understand.

Jesus diodn't fulfill prophecies and if you learn Jewish law and ideas you will see that having 2 messianic figures isn't necessarily a required part of the eventual emergence of the king messiah.

You really should ask instead of assuming that you know things. Because you don't.

On this site yes. It's an invitation for a rebuttal. Asking questions is for learning new things, statements are. For unlearning. We are all wrong we just have to figure out how
That's the worst way to go about learning -- say something wrong and hope someone corrects you. Statements aren't questions and claims that are baseless shouldn't be made in the first place, not excused because being wrong is celebrated until someone decides to take on the burden of correcting. Learning should come before making statements.

This might be a comprehension issue on your part or perhaps God is blinding you . It's like the saving up manna in the desert thing.

So we can walk you through this slowly. Explain the differences between the dual Messiah? The one that acted like Jesus and you know the other one that is totally not the resurrected Jesus but just the one who fulfills all the things the second coming promises will be fulfilled?

Does the first one do things like be born in a certain place? Ride a donkey in a certain location? Etc.

Does the second one do things like being world peace?

If you want to learn about the concept of 2 messianic figures, then here is a starting point

and here is more in depth discussion

After reading that, you will not be able to defend Jesus as part of the frame work.

Christianity is the stage 2 of Judaism.
And Islam is stage 3 and Mormonism is stage 4.  So are you going to convert to Mormonism?

If you could just copy and paste the verse instead of explaining it,
I'm. not your paid research tutor, you know, but here:

Luke 3: 23 / 31
Now Jesus Himself began His ministry at about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, the son of Heli,

Which was the son of Melea, which was the son of Menan, which was the son of Mattatha, which was the son of Nathan, which was the son of David,

Islam can only possibly be stage 3 if it denies Jesus. Instead it accepts Jesus while saying he was Muslim 😂

The Holocaust is a reminder of many things but nothing to do with Jesus.
It’s a consequence of the Jews denial of Jesus. Some call it ethnic cleansing.

6 million dead Palestinians is the Jewish goal. The world is against Jews today as much as they were in the past.
Jesus called the Jews prophets to killers.
Yes, the New Testament includes passages where Jesus makes this claim. Jesus frequently accused the Jewish religious leaders (scribes, Pharisees, and elders) of rejecting and persecuting prophets of God, both in the past and in his own time. He also criticized their hypocrisy and their focus on religious law over love and compassion.

With the temple destroyed. The Jews have no place to offer sacrifices for their forgiveness. Not believing in Jesus takes away the only other option available. The Jews have been rotting in their evil since 70AD.

all you are doing is advertising your own ignorance.

Not only were sins forgiven using other methods, but even for the sins for which, biblically, a sacrifice (not always an animal), we were given other methods of repentance and forgiveness for when there are no sacrifices.

So you are wrong on so many levels.

Luke 3: 23 / 31 - my cited source
"none of this said Mary was out of the house of David." your conclusion of my explanation
You totally missed my comment that Joseph ["as was supposed" being the father of Jesus] was known to Luke to not be the son of Helis, but rather, his son-in-law, because Luke knew that Helis was the father of Mary, and was also the descendant of David, therefore, so was Mary. Luke therefore knew that Joseph was not the father of Jesus. Get it? Yet?

Did Jesus Offer Sacrifices at the Temple? – A Word in EdgewiseYes, all sacrifices under the Mosaic covenant were required to be made in the Temple (or Tabernacle before it) in Jerusalem. This was a fundamental aspect of the sacrificial system established in the Old Testament. Once the Temple was built, sacrifices could only be brought on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and it was forbidden to bring sacrifices anywhere else.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
The Temple as the Central Place of Worship:
The Temple (or Tabernacle) was considered the dwelling place of God on Earth, and sacrifices were a way for people to connect with God and atone for their sins.
Sacrifices as an Act of Worship:
Sacrifices were a ritual act of worship, a way of giving thanks to God and seeking his favor.
Obligatory Sacrifices:
Certain sacrifices were required on a regular basis, such as the daily burnt offerings (burnt offerings).
Temple Service:
The Temple was a central location for the daily service of the Temple, including the daily sacrifices, holiday sacrifices, and the special Yom Kippur service.
After the Temple's Destruction:
After the destruction of the Second Temple, sacrifices were no longer possible because there was no longer a Temple.

The Jews began rotting in evil after sacrifices were no longer possible. They had to be disposed off in gas chambers.

In the Jewish tradition, sacrifices, known as korbanot, were a central part of worship in the Temple in Jerusalem. These sacrifices, often involving animals like bulls, rams, goats, and lambs, were offered to atone for sins and for other religious purposes. The various types of sacrifices included burnt offerings, sin offerings, guilt offerings, peace offerings, and meal offerings.

Types of Sacrifices:
  • Burnt Offering (Olah):
The entire animal was burned on the altar as a total offering to God, according to Wikipedia

  • Sin Offering (Chatat):
This sacrifice was offered to atone for unintentional sins committed through carelessness, according to Jewish Virtual Library

  • Guilt Offering (Asham):
Offered to atone for sins involving theft or deception, or when there was doubt about committing a sin, according to Jewish Virtual Library.

  • Peace Offering (Shelamim):
A communal sacrifice where the meat was shared among the priests and those offering it, according to Wikipedia

  • Meal Offering (Minchah):
An offering of flour, oil, and frankincense, according to My Jewish Learning
The Jews began rotting in evil after sacrifices were no longer possible after the temple was destroyed in 70AD. The Jews even refused to accept Jesus as the sacrificial lamb.
Why is Jesus called the sacrificial lamb?
The sacrifice of lambs in the Old Testament was a foreshadowing and symbolism pointing to Jesus as the ultimate sacrificial lamb. He was the only true Lamb of God because his sacrifice provided eternal redemption and forgiveness for all who believe in Him.
Jews had no way to seek forgiveness for their sins. Their evil ways continued till they had to be disposed off in gas chambers.

It's been my experience that Jews rarely bring up Christianity unless prompted but Christians almost never shut the fuck up about Jews.

I have no idea why this is.

Because when your side has to avoid an inconvenient truth of a gaping polthole of a future Messiah and is racist as it holds 1 ethnicity elite above all others in God's eyes, it leaves little motive to argue the topic.

How is a future messiah a "plothole"? That's like saying Jesus's second coming is a gaping plothole. The Jewish faith is older than messianism anyway. Not all Jews even see messianism as central to their faith, and that's okay.

The ethnocentrism of Judaism is a topic I'd like to discuss more but I have to pop off to the store.
