With Trump deporting immigrants and quite a few of the courts have been fighting back against him, with one of the judges being arrested by his administration. Then he’s trying to get another judge dismissed from his duties. 

How do you feel this power struggle will play out? Should a president have this ability or should he not?

There is always a great power struggle when it comes to who gets to decide. Even perfect democracy doesnt solve power struggle because minority must fight for power, and majority isnt same majority on every different decision. There is not much which Americans can do after elections. The only power American people have is once in 4 years to elect people in selected positions. What those elected people do after is out of control.

Should a president have this ability or should he not?
Well, should the Attorney General have the power to prosecute people? Judge Dugan was indicted by a grand jury, so I don't think there was zero basis for the charges. There are probably political motivations involved, but then there always are whenever a politician is charged. Someone has to be in charge of prosecution, and I'm struggling to imagine a system where the risk of corruption is zero. If there's enough evidence to prosecute someone, should the AG just not prosecute them?

The people elected a criminal Trump found guilty of 34 felony counts. It’s anyone’s guess where Trump the criminal will take the country.

The courts get in the way of democracy. Civil service and government workers get in the way of democracy. A judge is a corruptible specimen like a politician. Why would a judge care more for America than Donald Trump?

Someone has to be in charge of prosecution, and I'm struggling to imagine a system where the risk of corruption is zero. If there's enough evidence to prosecute someone, should the AG just not prosecute them?
Well they used to just tip toe around anything that could give the appearance of impropriety and refrain from going after people when they knew significant portions of the public would perceive it as political and not justice.

I seem to remmeberr Obama telling Biden to stop the flow of migrants across the border illegally. Get it done? No.
I seem to also remember Biden telling Harris to stem the migration across the southern border. Get it done? No.
I see Trump rounding up and deporting migrants crossing the border illegally. Get it done? Getting it done.
Bottom line, these migrants who cross the border ignoring checking with  Border patrol, which notice is posted all across the border [north and south] are here illegally. period. Let them wait like others who are trying to enter the country legally, or doesn't anyone here respect the law, anymore?

This is how it's ntended to play out tbh. Whatever branch of the government has the most willpower usually wins. It's kind of designed this way.  Both parties were kind of scared of power for a while so the judges took it and now the executive branch is the most motivated. Maybe in a few years the the Senate will be the most motivated. I know libertarians typically think the branches exist to stop each other and make no movement but it's got this in built flexibility and personally I think the executive branch should weild all the power it can, while it can and that since the leader of that branch is populist he really is the first of the people

Yeahh, that’s partly how I see it. 

While the people divided the power and established the branches to even it out in order to fight dictatorship. It would be unrealistic to not expect a little bit of corruption

Maybe you can suggest a better system. The founders had a classical education, enlightenment values and were leading people descended from those escaping religious persecution. 

I'd suggest studying their works too figure out what they were aiming for before dismantling the most free and prosperous country on the planet's institutions or trying to create something superior

Which is basically true. No body else who is electable would be able to. While yes we could put a different centrist populist in there, they likely wouldn't be able to appeal to one side of the aisle so much so both sides of the establishment would throttle them.

But UK has very similar 3 way split (Royalty is a fourth part to it but technically comes under Executive though has often tended to work with Parliament especially since the French Revolution scared the Royals).

The system in Ireland, based on the British as is the American, is the 3 way split and again works far more cohesively than America's.

They have literal Christian values I am talking literal meaning even if a Brit is agnostic and in Parliament or an Irishman is, their ethos is to work with other departments actively.

Now as you see the systems elsewhere in Europe it doesn't matter how the split is, they genuinely play fairer. I am not pretending it. It just is true. It is because Christianity is so deeply ingrained into them that it is a totally different vibe and different level of rivalry between most. However, directy opposed parties and such do play dirty but again the system is setup so that your Q anon etc stuff doesn't work in Europe as valid attacks on a candidate without proof.

You are not free but funnily enough that may be slightly more Christian on some suoerficial levels. Prostitution, online gambling, tax when living abroad (IRS literally chases Americans living outside US fir tax returns on income and all sorts of stuff that Christians nations never think to do to their citizens living abroad), freedom to get healthcare as an excon, freedom to get oublic tra sport and education as a broke person.

Freedom to not have oerma anxiety or a sort of ptsd that the people sitting across from you or standing near you have a gun hidden away.

Freedom to is not a real freedom because it imposes duties on others and you are correct about the IRS.

I can literally deny the Holocaust in America though and have a friendly debate on it and Germany true to its Nazi roots will arrest you for wrong think. Hell they are literally trying to ban a political party right now for being anti immigration.

In England you are having cops visit people for stating crime statistics. 

So yeah obviously America is far from perfect but it seems to have dodged some of these attacks on freedom that are rampant in other parts of the world. 

Now I do wonder if the woke shit is really an American thing and then it just gets watered down and spread to other parts of the globe where world leaders are intuitively kind of going "well Americans are literally worshipping Muslims right now we should import too many for them to melt into our society and though their values clash with ours we definitely want to encourage them to take over our politics"

So to be fair there is the argument that America has spread its shit elsewhere while being able to dodge its own shit better than others.

Many Muslims in Europe dont live true to what you'd presume Sharia upholders do. I literally live here. Some even sell or make food with pork and work in a shop but thats relative to desperation for a job obviously.

They are also often counted as Muslim immigrants but end up some variant of either exmuslims or very liberal Muslims by the third generation down.
