Empathy is for hypocrites.

Hypocrites will say something like, "Save the starving children of color in Gaza" and then never adopt a Gazan child.  They will say "racism is bad" and then have np adopting a Ukranian child but would never dare to adopt a Gazan one.

I'm not empathetic towards the Gazan children; IDGAF if they live or die; but at least I'm not a hypocrite.

Hell, I'd want to bring back child slavery; I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't.  All my electronics were made by child slaves.

If empathy and hypocrisy are a package deal, then I flat out don't want it.

I dont have any empathy. I know that given right conditions, all people would betray me. So I dont love anyone. I only donate money to Palestine so that I look good.

I want to look good. I want for people to see how I help. That way, my image improves. I dont care about Palestine. Palestinians would kill me for my religion. But I care about my own image.

Go to a pro Palestine page, put in some obscene amount of money that you donate monthly, screenshot the image, don't actually donate the money, delete all of the text, post the image to Instagram saying, "I donate $2000 monthly to Palestine.  Be a good person."

Cap; they just feel for people that they wouldn't be willing to help.  How many wealthy liberals opened up their homes to Gazan child refugees?  Virtually none (but they would do it for Ukraine's child refugees because white liberal kids get treated better than brown liberal kids to white liberals).

If a poor starving Gazan or Ukranian child came to my door asking to be adopted, I'd tell them, "Get lost you economic parasite freeloader."  If you find that statement horrible, then go to Gaza and find some child that needs saving.  I don't care about their lives when my money is significantly involved.

Why do I need a family?  They are too expensive, too much work, too annoying, and too incompetent.  I like my company with smart people, not stupid people.  I'm not a nanny; I value competence over cuteness.  If you believe that a child is smart, then ask them their opinion on abortion; I don't care if they're pro life or pro choice; their opinion is going to be stupid because they don't understand the other side.

I don't care; I wouldn't even help my parents unless I thought the financial incentive would be high enough.  My dad chose to nut in my mom, my mom chose not to abort me, here I am.  I didn't ask them to be here.  I don't owe them restitution.

And neither does some rando kid that has nothing to do with why I exist.

I only might adopt a child if I can get child labor out of them in the form of spreadsheet development.  It's not dangerous for a child to assemble spreadsheets, and I might be able to get away with paying them less.  The kid would get educated too in spreadsheet development; it's a better education that learning about the different types of clouds.

If I was a ghetto kid, I would want to be adopted.  But as the person that has to take care of them, I'm not.  I respect mutual selfishness that the kid and I would both have.  But I have power, so it's my call.

Mutual selfishness say? His dreams are same as yours there. The only difference is that you had someone to take care of you then. Is it your turn to be that someone for someone else?

Poor people's pain is not my problem.  If you get offended, then adopt some for all I care.  I would rather be pro slavery than be a hypocrite.
