Hello friends,

I spoke with Mike earlier today. The debateart domain will be renewed and the site will continue. Mike stated he will hand over the site ownership to me. 

We created a development team and are working to breath new life to the site. Here are the features we are working on

  • A complete redesign 
  • Adding groups  
  • Creating a blog / articles section 
  • Creating a debate podcast to discuss the Lincoln Douglas and policy debate topics 
  • Creating automated tournaments that can randomly assign a topic and a side, along with other features 
  • Possibly rebranding the site completely 
  • Adding in live debates 
If you have any features you want to see please let us know. If you have a knack for coding or web design and want to join the development team please DM me.

that's cool, thou ig makin it a bit more fast would work, like often when u get a msg or a new notification, it doesn't load up unless u reload the page, so uhhh kindly look that up as well.

Increase number of active debates a person have, If I set voting period 6 months ,then it limits me to create new debate, so it urges me to set voting period less. Good about announcement.

Please tell me you aren't going to adopt the policies you adopted after BSH1 stepped down that drove so many people away. We are still recovering from that.

This is going to be the purpose of groups. My vision for groups is that admins can create their own moderation policies within reason and create their own mini forum.

Groups will also have the ability to create team debates and challenge other groups

Please tell me you aren't going to adopt the policies you adopted after BSH1 stepped down that drove so many people away.
As long as he doesnt do something stupid like making Adaptable moderator, it should be just fine. I say keep Whiteflame as head moderator, and also make me a moderator so I can even better enforce rules of true religion on this site.

David, I strongly recommend you to rethink your allegiances here.

Especially to Sir Lancelot who is a crooked snake that should be nowhere near anything like power and who will lie and say this about me to you when I was up front instantly and that is the reason why I got demoted so fast.

I have the absolute best interests of the site's longevity and censorship at heart. Every single other member except me, including yourself, is afraid and timid about this.

Once you take over this site truly, put me in power and I will 100% fix this site with the full brunt of justice and morality.

I will clean this up. I will check in now and again to see if you DMd me.

I deleted you on discord because I presumed you and barney both snaked me out. If it is the case you want me to help, let me know.

I am telling you I will make every single person here obey the rules. Every. Single. One.

Whiteflame cannot promise you that, he is nowhere near to me in courage against the masses.

Here is the thing.

You put me in charge here, I will stand up to 40 different people complaining and being rude and not complain one time to you at all.

I will ban them, mute them, talk to them until every single one obeys.

You could have 500 haters and I would stand up to all of them with 0 quivering, shaking or breaking.

You know this is an absolute fact. You also know not 1 other member here will be as courageous or devoted and loyal. That is all I have to tell you. Think.

You know I pushed you to take over, not me, in that mod chat. You know who I was, am and will be. You saw it all. Judge for yourself.

I never got banned. You said I didnt have to do 1 day. I solely signed in for this thread, even sacrificied rated debate rounds vs Lancelot and participation in a mafia game.

A moderator is supposed to make people fear and obey them. They are meant to enter a room and intimidate all bullies while making all victims feel safe.

Their presence must be necessitatively controlling and intimidating while reassuring all at once.

Whiteflame capitulates to the loudest whiny brat that cannot have good manners or control what they type.

David was always a different mod. It is up to David alone soon who runs the show here. David has seen where WF ended this site up. He also saw how Barney turned on me.

David and me is a 1 and 1 relationship where your input does not work nor does Lancelot's as neither saw how open and honest I was in the mod chat.

It began with one of your own threads btw. David and myself wanted to censor the pedo apologism and WF did not. That disagreement became a lot of other things. It ended up archived for now to reduce ease to view it.
