The town MVP was of course AdaptableRatman. Baiting the day 1 lynch in order to lull scum into a false sense of security while giving Mikal town cred was a brilliant strategy that instantly paid off when Vader chose to make Mikal king the following day.

It’s hilarious to me that you scumread Lunatic the entire game, up till the point Casey got lynched. That, plus the fact that you threw by just not full claiming and feeding all the chaos.

I disagree so strongly. DP3 Innocent Child is the pinnacle of a scummy claim. It's just asking for an excuse to be left alive without having to give any sort of results or anything. I think claiming it or anything like it without backing it up with strongly towny behavior is worthy of some suspicion.

I was disappointed in the claim WF came up with. There were so many free characters available like Susan B Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Jailkeeper was also a weak claim imo. Something inconsequential like an Ascetic or Visitor, or something like that would’ve probably been better.
Honestly, entirely fair. I realized too late that I'd set up a Susan B. Anthony claim and already pigeon-holed myself into a living character so I couldn't use it. Maybe I should have just gone with it anyway and hoped no one noticed. I was considering Ascetic, just thought the risk if I was visited might be too great. Regardless, yeah, the JK was a poor choice.

That is because ultra and lunatic plays terribly and scumtold. Ultra's char claim simply fitted mine and Supersaint balances out hated and IC well.

I agree with Savant that the Discord thing was kinda bs. You’re not supposed to use outside information. That defeats the purpose of the game. If WF had survived, scum had a great path to victory. I think for future games, everyone should be permanently show offline or idle to ensure these shenanigans don’t happen again.
I don't think anyone actually took this argument seriously. He happened to be right here, but he could have just as easily been wrong if he was a day vig and using this as his only logic. Again he had other reasons for scum reading whiteflame though he mentioned in dp2.

We did so bad that we survived to the end of the game and won by participating in killing both scum members back to back as soon as you were there to not troll anymore. Great point.

Regardless, I think it creates an implicit bias. I agree with the lynch decision after the character and role WF went with as a fake claim, but it’s a learning experience for all of us. I think in future games we should all set our discords to idle or offline regardless of our affiliation
