Bullying and slur and obscenity filled harangues of individuals and groups should be moderated in the forums. Warnings and then bans.
What do you consider "bullying"? Because there is a certain member here who loves to throw rocks, and then call you a bully for retaliating in anyway. It's his favorite word and he uses it as if there's a genie who is granting him a quarter every time he uses it and he is trying to make his living this way. I am sure you know who I am talking about. But anyways, what exactly is bullying? Since you are applying to be a moderator, I think this  is important to know.

I think a nice interface to discuss and votes for the procedure which was done here is necessary. Who would browse pages back and forth to check what people had said.
I should have been a list and people would be discussing under the thread and there should be option with check box or select option to vote. 
So website changes are needed desperately. It would be good if domain changes something more easy just like DDO. 
New mods are needed and would prefer a guy like whiteflame. 
There should be list or possible candidates so we can decide. 
Select a non toxic person for moderator. More evaluation system for votes. If you can handle integrate Ai. I think you can do openai API.
and make it like where people can use # to bring some rules on in discussion and can reference whatever is within website. There are countless possibilities if you want to make improvement. Like you can add video debating feature as well. Where video can be uploaded within this website or embedded from youtube whatever suits you. So on and so on. I could burn some more neurons if you want.

2. yes to rebrand 

3.  Yes to slurs if it’s clearly defined what constitutes a slur. Not holocaust denial etc unless it’s being used as an attack. Most things outside of directs attacks or racism should be okay. Over moderation kills a site. I usually am pretty in line with whiteflames and airmaxs modding style. 

4, mafia elo system but All of these are good. More features is better.

There are probably Europeans who want to join the rest of the free world and post on debate sites. Maybe they should take it up with their governments, who have taken it upon themselves to ban debate, and not those debate sites which refuse to also ban debate.

I'm voting NO to Proposition 1, abstaining on all the others, and would like to add a Proposition 5.

Proposition 5: Moderators should not have to defend themselves, and instead, should just tell everyone to fuck off if they don't like the way it's being done.

Prop 1:1 It would help if the current mood team was identified. By the help center, that page has not been updated for 1 year. Is it current? Are you talking adding to the number of Mods, or making replacements for the current number of Mods? MY thunking is that the number does not need to be replaced.

Prop 1:2  In view of 1:1, if we're not adding to the number of Mods, I think the current set [if anot needing or wanting to be replaced, are fine as listed.

Prop 2: No

Prop 3: Yes, and the definition of "slur" ought to be a wide scope, because, according to the Human Genome Project, with agreement by Scientific American, concluded in 2003 [therefore, a generation ago] there is no such thing as race; i.e.,  there is no biological basis for race. Therefore, avoiding criticism of one another that merely "smells" bad is reason enough for ban, even if offered in jest. Someone must make a strand, an I do.

Prop 4:
A. Opinions: ism't that what Forum is now? Why muddy the water?
B. Polls: Useless unless  a qualified statistical format is used, this is useless because a poll without statistical relevance is entirely jaded by bias, and I am a professionally educated statistical guru.
C. Groups / Clubs: Is this trying to be a debate site or a social club? Trying to be all things ends up being nothing.
D. Articles: Some members complain about walls of text ifs Forum now, but I don't have a problem with it.
E. Podcasts: No problem
F. Mafia ELO system: I know it's popular, but I don't engage it. 
G. Add images / videos: Yes, I wish we had that now.
H. Forum signatures: Not sure what that means.
