I will post this again in case it gets missed.

I am not asking to remove ban, because I doubt that will happen anyway. I think 3 day ban isnt that serious now, compared to the much bigger issue at hand.

All I am asking here is to change moderation log description to something like "banned over making very inappropriate and very offensive jokes about disturbing topics".

Thats all I am asking.

Remove the "pedophile" label, cuz the guy is not a pedophile. The moderation log description is very unclear and makes him sound like pedophile who posted child porn or something. And that log is permanent, anyone new who is unfamilliar with what happened will think horrible things about him.

I don't buy that for one second. I think what happened is a misinterpretation. But even so, I don't care about shock value humor. And of course the post was removed because the mods would rather powertrip and hide everything.
Whatever you want to believe, dude. I’m not in a position to disprove your view that it was a misinterpretation, and even if I was, I’m sure you’d still believe that was somehow our intention and disagree with our reasoning. I’m  expecting to convince you and I’m not here to argue it.

Ok, now I'm confused. Apparently LucyStarfire saw the original version, since the citation they gave wasn't in the edited version. And they said it just looked like a misspelling of a word.

However, it looks like zedvictor posted the poem 10 hours before AR reported the post and like 24 hours before Lucy quoted it. Look at the times on the thread. How is it possible zed edited his post that long after posting it? I thought posts become permanent something like 30 minutes after you make them. When I go to the post I made 6 hours ago, there's no option to edit it.

So zedvictor must have made a post that got removed, yes? Even if whiteflame wasn't the one to remove it? AR probably saw the first post zedvictor made and assumed he had edited the second poem. And from what I can tell, people seem pretty split in their interpretations of whether the second post was intentionally suggestive or just a misspelling of a word.

I have other issues irl, I spoke truth 0 defamation occurred here. I am not concerned with this nonsense.

Storing a pedophilic incest poem is stupid, even as evidence. Those very concerned can investigate the site's server if needed, I suppose.

I think wait for zed to get back and he can repost what he posted in the discord. I’ll allow since I’m server owner. Then it’s public knowledge and no interpretation is needed. 

To note if it contained explicit shock humor about pedophila and was largely descriptive as RM is saying, he prob should a get a warning. I’m all for free speech but there are some lines. Doxing, targeted hate speech, a vivid poem about child porn( if this is accurate), you can’t have on a site. Literal discord servers have been raided over that and yes it can happen. So I understand the sentiment of removing this and a slap on the wrist if it’s as white flame described because there is legal liability involved with anyone who is any position of moderating or owning the site 

Again I’ll defend free speech constantly. I think half of what RM constitutes as hate speech or harassment is retarded. I think the holocaust ban was excessive and they should have saved the content so people can see it. But if the content in question is close to what RM or white flame is saying. It’s somewhat justified. 

Again as always, it seems the main issue is transparency which I’m 100 percent for. But I fully trust whiteflames judgement. He is the most laid back of all the mods and if he’s agreeing with RM which he never does. I tend to take that as credible because he disagrees with him on almost everything.

Well, that might not work. But generally, you want to talk slower, calmer, move slower, blink slower, walk slower. Practice some stillness, no pointless moves. You dont want to be too slow, you just want to send a signal "I am calm, unchallenged by anyone and in no rush".
