So you are alone in that thought and belief. It must be lonely to live in isolation.

Yes, feeling isolated in a crowd is a real phenomenon
, as loneliness is a subjective feeling of lacking meaningful connection, not just the absence of people. This sense of disconnection can arise from feeling misunderstood, being unable to express your authentic self, or the absence of strong, intimate social bonds, even when surrounded by many.

No, meditation is not inherently harmful to animalsand is often considered beneficial, enhancing calmness, reducing stress, improving trust, and strengthening the bond with their human companions.

While forcing a pet to participate or keeping them in a stressful situation is not recommended, a comfortable and optional setting allows animals to relax and potentially experience positive emotional and physical well-being alongside their owners.

Prolonged social isolation is generally not good for you and is considered a serious global health threat, comparable to smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

While having time alone for reflection and self-expression can be beneficial, prolonged isolation negatively impacts both mental and physical health.
It is linked to higher risks of heart diseasedepression, dementia, and a shorter lifespan.
