I'm not sure. I think reincarnation is a good possibility, and we probably take more than one lifetime to figure things out. But I guess to really answer your question, i think in this lifetime it is a possibility.

What methods have you used to investigate these mysteries? 

Reading, watching videos on related topics, meditation, yoga, self-hypnosis, attempts at communication with God, thinking.

Anything and everything on spirituality, religion, spiritual alchemy, yoga, mythology, ancient civilizations, human behaviour, consciousness, animal behaviour, physics, geometry, astronomy, dreams, brain function, etc etc etc

Sources: textbooks, biographies, ancient texts, modern texts, blogs, magazines, carvings/engravings/statues/paintings/drawings, and for videos I pretty much watch anything I can get my hands on. Mostly youtube and documentaries

recently begun to learn hebrew and Biblical hebrew, and egyptian hieroglyphs. Mostly interested currently in the book of the dead and the bible

So among other things you wish to learn from other humans?

Yeah, some humans know stuff, have had personal experiences or education, or are self-taught in their area of expertise.

Some humans know stuff. (Arguably and this is your thought experiment)

Some do not. (Unless you disagree)

How do you tell the difference?

Well, it's really hard to tell. Some could be sincere, yet be wrong. Some could be liars yet appear sincere. I go by gut instinct, and also at the same time take everything with a grain of salt.

Yoga, meditation and self hypnosis.

I guess. I also with to explore consciousness.

Is the exploration of conciousness separate from your questions about yourself?

Probably not, although consciousness exploration might include more than my own.

But would you say that yoga, meditation and self hypnosis are self exploratory primarily?

I don't know. If we are indeed a part of an all-encompassing "oneness", then I would have to say, ultimately, yes.

How do we detect or observe this oneness?

I don't know, I haven't done it . But you probably have to be in a certain state of consciousness to feel it.

And your hope is to use yoga, meditation and self hypnosis to achieve this state?

Just meditation. I have issues with the other two. Well, even with meditation, but meditation is something I will probably continue doing at some point. 

Do you feel that you can find answers like these through examination of self?

Yes, as well as self-reflection and self-evaluation

What methods have you employed in trying to communicate with a god?

Just talking to him.
