Since scum wins if there's a mislynch, it is indeed possible for there to be a crazy gambit going on.

I kinda doubt we'll move beyond the utility of just lynching Water (having had to use his cop power, how could he not realize this was the next day?), but I'm willing to wait on recasting my vote.

To try to make sense of things, I've built the following. If I'm missing any relevant claims, please let me know...

I want each of you to tell me why you targeted who you did when you did.
you were very insistent on disc and press not being scum that dp 1, and #288 and #289.

pie because in dp 1 he was my second most scum read behind warren, dp2 was a just an abyss of inactivity where i couldn't get any substansive reads at all.
Water, why did you not immediately claim your guilty today?
i had a brainfart. yes, i know that that sounds extremely scummy but can we please not lose this game.

Why haven't you claimed yet?
I didn’t see a reason to. It’s a pretty clear cut scenario. If I’m scum then Water must be town or Water is scum and I’m town. I know Water is lying because he lied about me being guilty and he lied about not revealing who his guilty was instantly feigning ignorance. Post 21 and 24 are supportive of my case. Water said he wouldn’t reveal himself until he got a guilty. When he did get a guilty he didn’t instantly reveal it. It has scum written all over it.

Also why didn't you hammer yesterday?
I was on the Croc wagon. Water said he would hammer but he didn’t even bother voting for Cookie at the end. All I know is that Water is confirmed scum. If you want to VTNL we can do that but in that scenario Ragnar or you likely die tonight.

Tomorrow if I’m allow Im advocating for a VTNL just to cut the numbers a bit.

That's my biggest hangup right now. You're actively refusing to claim. It's clear for you cause if you're scum you know that if you're town you know cookie is scum since he claimed a guilty on you. But for those of us actually needing to solve the game it's worth considering all scenarios, and you not claiming is at best petty and annoying, at worst scummy.

I'm waiting because Warren asked for time. I personally don't enjoy dragging things on, and will put my vote back in place before I go out today.

I do wonder why Speedrace thought Croc was more scum than LittleCookie, when making his choice for who to Vig. I am guessing it is from doubt related to #134.
 
Aside from his active choice to not vote for either claimed cop, what's the gist of what he did previously to confirm himself as scum?
