Jason Whitlock claims leaked George Floyd footage shows early narrative of his death was a 'race hoax'

A future guilty verdict trial looks wobbly and in doubt.

The opinions of a sports writer on FOX news bear about as much legal authority as Kanye West on Twitter.  Derek Chauvin is not charged with a hate crime.  He is charged with unintentional second-degree murder in the course of committing assault in the third degree.  Since Chauvin's intent is not relevant to the murder charge,  Chauvin's racial predispositions are not likely to influence the outcome of the trial.

I agree that a guilty verdict for the murder charge is unlikely but mostly because Chauvin's conduct was not inconsistent with Minneapolis Police Policy at the time of Floyd's death.  I predict the subsequent disclosures of massive financial fraud- hiding half a million in earnings since 2016, declaring residency in Fla to avoid state taxes,  covering up a $100,000 BMW purchase last year, etc will ultimately lead to more jail time than Floyd's murder.  We may even find out what crimes Chauvin had to commit to earn all that cash under the table.

Not the 1st time BLM used a hoax to gain political power.

Definitely will not be the last.

He is. But it has been seen around the world as a racist hate crime, has it not?

Not only was what he did ‘standard procedure‘ as you said, but from what I have heard, he had well over a lethal dose of fentanyl plus he had meth in his system. So I’m not sure if Chauvin will get charged with anything related to Floyd.

Question is, when he gets off on the murder charge, will there be more riots? BLM has a history of pushing long-debunked “unjustified killings” like Michael Brown’s violence, Tamir Rice’s modified toy gun, etc.

Also, in case you are curious, it says he had 11 ng/ml of fentanyl in his system. https://famous-trials.com/george-floyd/2648-george-floyd-the-toxicology-report

What does this have to do with the DNA of a person's melanin?

    Everything apparently.

Though I'm not certain that melanin has DNA, per se.

What does this have to do with the DNA of a person's melanin?

Is it really so far fetched to believe systemic cultural problems are not driven by chemistry and are actually driven by ideology?

“We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.”

What the fuck does this statement have to do with DNA and chemistry?

People toss out the term "race" without even pausing to think about it anymore.

you get certain things like your own magazine, tv channels, college entry/money, jobs etc so it would stand to reason (to them) that it also translates to being able to break the law, resist arrest and have an innocent picture post of them with a free for all funerals.  dindu.

Black Privilege is a social construct.
It sure as hell has absolutely NOTHING to do with DNA or chemistry.

This is pretty much the exact argument i make in my debate with RM.

The ideology that BLM and Democrats push hurts black people and convinces them that their true affliction is actually Conservatives and white people at large.

To quote part of my case:
There are 3 basic things that any race of person can do to be successful: finish high school, get a full-time job and wait until 21 to marry and have children (nuclear family). In other words, practice some basic Judeo-Christian values.

    The results speak for themselves:
“Our research shows that of American adults who followed these three simple rules, only about 2 percent are in poverty and nearly 75 percent have joined the middle class (defined as earning around $55,000 or more per year).”

My best guess would be that OP is indulging in racial tribalism; attempting to diminish the social power of blacks by pushing the narrative that their grievances aren't justified.

seemed rather obvious to me, we rushed to judgement to apparently be proven wrong again.  Any grievance in this instance is overblown if existent at all.

Everything eventually boils down to "chemistry",  and all processes along the way are basically such...... "Ideology",  perceivable difference and the  formulation thereof, is not magic, but processes.

The whole protest was over “systemic racism” in police departments. Where here do you see racism is what the thread is asking.
