In all seriousness keep it at 3. This will pressure Croc enough to tell stuff but not enough that he will die. 4 is better but riskier because if someone just went here not knowing what happened it is bar.

A balanced mafia game with 9 players usually has 2 mafia. So regardless of whether Croc being dead or not, we will have at least one more mafia here. How about discuss them and move on?
