We test pie at the end of the phase, 100%. If he is saulus then we got a confirmed townie, if he's jester, we yell at the mod for making a dp1 jester.
But we use the phase as much as possible to sus out scum til then.

Speed seems scummy to me. Mostly gut and I didn't like the reveal of the riddle so quickly since. It paints a target on Luna.
This line sticks out to me from the riddle. It seems to imply that some town have abilities with anti-town utility:

1. Pie is town and he is not lying: Then VTLing him does not harm anyone.
2. Pie is town and he is lying: Why would someone town do that?
3. Pie is scum and he is not lying: How is a scum a deathproof any balanced?
4. Pie is scum and he is lying: Then we could get our hands on our first useful kill.
For the 1st one it is the most likely. I guess you have a point anyways. In most cases the benefits outweighs the risks.

I'd disagree with that. While I do think pointing it out was weird, but it was pretty obvious in general what it was and I think anyone would've pointed it out
