Probably Danielle or Lunatic. Had town reads on both of them behaviorally, ended up null on their character claims, but they were the targets I anticipated mafia would go for.

That play is so bad that it makes me want to town confirm water. His mafia partner would not let him say that he doctored the BP. Jesus Christ.
The only person who should be letting water get away with this is his scum partner.

It’s possible that whoever was his scum partner just told him to pick someone that was not among those NK’d, so I leave open the possibility. That being said, the character choice is almost certainly not a fake and the role claim fits it well. I’m willing to consider a lynch on Water later, but for now, I’d like to get some more claims. On that front:

Your role is, as far as I’ve been able to tell, the best fit for the Strongman here. It’s literally associated with nothing but the power stone and Ronan the Accuser, both of which fit that role to a T. You’ve been incredibly quiet.

I'm fine with the discussion of a strongman but I do want to make sure we don't put on blinders and not consider anything else. There may not even be one in the game.

I guess I shouldn't rule it out, but I'd think the only possible partner for Water would be croc in this case. Croc has kinda been afk and he'd be the only person I could see not discussing the fake night actions and allowing that to happen.
So in my opinion the team is either exactly croc/water or water is town
