National Debt is a sort of  fantasy concept.
If you REALLY believe this, are you willing to make tax revenue 0, double spending every year, and finance it all by going deeper into debt?  Or is that ridiculous and the debt has to be paid off because the debt is a problem.

Not going to needless and unprofitable wars, would be a decent way not to increase our debt.

Libetarians are anti war.  But ending the wars won’t pay off the debt.  It just reduces the deficit.  The only way the debt can be reduced is with tax hikes and less spending.

I don't know much about national economics,
But I'd reckon there are ways to handle it.

I might be wrong here though.

You are.

France power is owned by the state (plus a lot of other things)

Just don’t call nuclear power libertarian; it’s statist.

It's not nearly as statist as green energy, not even close. And it's only become so in America recently. All it takes is popular demand to return control to the people.

Wdym?  Solar panels allow you to live off grid if you have batteries.  That’s the least statist thing possible if you pay for your own panels.

It is when you can't afford groceries because a corrupt government printed money out of thin air to subsidize them.

Groceries aren’t too expensive; people can still afford them.  Otherwise you would see people starving.

Left libertarian is an oxymoron.  Libertarians want low taxes on the rich because they earned that money, leftists think billionaire’s shouldn’t exist because they get triggered over the successful.

This only applies to right libertarians. Left libertarians are a thing too, libertarian was originally a word coined for leftist thinkers but got hijacked by people who are right leaning.

Another way countries can pay off debt historically,
Is by allowing merchant ships to arm themselves, that they be able to fight off pirates,
Or in a time of war authorize privateers.
Such would decrease losses in trade or spending in navy.

More a wooden ships and iron men sort of age though.

If the private sector can deliver cheap nuclear energy, then they should have no problem delivering it in a free market.  The libertarian approach to energy should be the free market, not a bias towards nuclear power.

The most feisable way to pay off the debt is higher taxes and lower spending.
this claim is provably false
How else do you plan on paying off the debt?

more specifically, leftists believe billionaires shouldn't receive government subsidies (CORPORATE WELFARE)
Right wing libetarians agree.  Right wing authoritarians don’t.

It prevents loss of trade.
Creates gains from stealing enemies trade, both in treasure ships and trade routes.
Creates civilian militia of ships in times of war, to increase military power.

That only can help the government if the ships get taxed, which libertarians argue is theft.

The money itself is borrowed-into-existence

There is always more debt than money in a fiat system

This means

It is always impossible to pay off "the debt"

I'm not sure that 'all Libertarians believe in 'No taxes 'anywhere?

"Taxation[edit]
Some deontological libertarians believe that consistent adherence to libertarian doctrines such as the non-aggression principle demands unqualified moral opposition to any form of taxation, a sentiment encapsulated in the phrase "Taxation is theft!".[59] They would fund all services through gratuitous contributions, private law and defense user fees as well as lotteries. Other libertarians support low taxes of various kinds, arguing that a society with no taxation would have difficulty providing public goods such as crime prevention and a consistent, unified legal system to punish rights violators. Geolibertarians in particular argue that only a single tax on the rental value of land, typically in conjunction with Pigovian pollution and severance fees to internalize negative externalities and curb natural resource depletion, are non-aggressive, non-distortionary and politically sustainable."

Any Libertarian who proffers taxation does NOT maintain the principles of Libertarian philosophy consistently.

"voluntary taxation" = donation =/= taxation.
