I am the 2x tracker. I tracked Whiteflame, but my action failed. I did not track anyone NP1 because I figured I would be more likely to find useful information when there were fewer players to pick from.
My governor is Kim Reynolds of Iowa. My justification is thinner than thin. Reynolds was the Lieutenant Governor under her predecessor, who was the longest serving governor in Iowa history. Apparently, according to Pie, Reynolds' electoral success comes from watching her predecessor's success. How this justifies a tracker rather than a watcher, I don't know.

He just told us he knew who Austin's actual character was shortly after Austin claimed. Considering that he is also a sheriff, a fact that is very obvious from reading anything about Joe Lombardo, that means he recognized that Austin was likely the Cop, and he just admitted that he knew all this before Austin was NK'd.
That's totally plausible and I have no defense for it. Quite honestly, I didn't bother reading his bio beyond "foreign-born", "Catholic", and "veteran", but there's no way for you to know that.
Beyond that, I can't find anywhere that he has even hinted at his character or role.
