It was more the niche nature of the show that set me off. Vader might have lesser known shows like this that he both likes a lot and views as having one or more of his favorite characters, but it seemed impossible for this show to be among them. Also, you should definitely be careful about giving out named roles like that, especially after I say that I suspect That2 was Erza. Became pretty obvious. I know that was a desperation move, but it burned your partner.

I’m with you on that. It works as a way to make town second guess themselves a bit, but the silencing specifically didn’t swing me either way here. Maybe it worked for other people?

The first one was not a scum slip. I saw two soft claims and knew my own role. I had a theme I was thinking of from that alone and it is independent of affiliation. The second one was not a slip because your last game you mentioned reading several guides.
Paraphrasing in the endgame I believe you said
"I lied about it being my first game so I wouldn't be scum read . I read a bunch of guides to prepare."
That is a paraphrase but I am sure the post would be easy to find. This is one of those things where it only looks scummy because of confirmation bias and you already knowing I was scum.

They actually should have lynched Lancelot though. He really was lurking and 90% of thee time when that happens.
Being inactive is not a scum tell but lurking is almost 100% of the time and is even more of a scum tell than a shitty character claim. By not noticing they essentially incentivized scum to lurk in all future games
