To Whomever it may, even remotely, concern in charge of DART:

I have been debating and engaging others on the internet since 1995. Long before this page was created, and probably long before any of you were itching your daddy’s pants. To date all I can say about this site, upon reflection of reading some members posts by those concerned about the longevity of DART, is that it does not surprise me how hypocritical most are here.

While I admit I have been direct, forward and sometimes harsh…BUT it was only in RESPONSE to those who attacked me. It is common for those emotively driven vs those possessing actual emotional and intellectual intelligence.  I will not name names of the latter, but the names of the former are patently obvious.

When I start new threads, it is based on easily verifiable facts. But do those who disagree with me verify or disaffirm those facts that I claim? No. I just get dolts like IWantRoseveltAgain calling me a “dummy” or a “moron.” I get Double_R creating one strawman after another. I get others coming one fallacy after another. Idiots deficient in linguistically skills. Reading Comprehension. Academic experience. Emotional and Intellectual intelligence. 

Then we see something called “MEEPS” about changing or updating or enforcing Codes of Conduct at DART, yet to date from when I signed on to present day, there is no such thing as a COC. It may be written, but it clearly is not enforced in the forum. 

I’m willing to scale back my reactions to childish members. Quid Pro Quo. If you stop the attacks to begin with. Hold everyone in the forum to the same standards in the debate section. 

So, what will it be those in charge of DART? Enforce the COC or let the forum destroy the basis of DART in its entirety?

I’m sure you’ll agree that you and I don’t exactly have the best of history; I thunderously oppose most of why you post.

If you got banned for calling someone a c**t, who called you a c**t first, or some insults in a heated discussion, I’m likely to be one of the first to line up to defend you.

The whole purpose is this site, is to argue with each other, it can often gets a bit heated as it always does when someone is wrong and just won’t listen. The new CoC is trying to reflect that - try not to be a dick; and make it about the arguments. It’s as much about setting the desired tone as much as listening the  behaviour that will not be tolerated to any degree; whilst leaving the mods enough wiggle room to be able to deal with site disruption and actual abuse in whatever form it ends up taking.

I talked with the mods about the policy before sharing it with the rest of the site. Everyone understands that we need to allow some room for exchanges to get heated. If Roosevelt calls you an idiot to start with and you respond in kind it's probably not a big deal, though you shouldn't stoop to his level. 

It's okay to be passionate about what you debate in the forums and for you to let the emotional guard down a bit and be aggressive in conversation. It isn't the best way to persuade or to allow yourself to be persuaded but we are only human

You aren't emotively driven? What about the time you threw a textual tantrum over someone just speaking sentences mildly disproving one of the things you have said?

That isn't what you are doing? You respond to me not understanding something that you can clearly clarify on with "That is common sense" and when I try to restate your opinion, you respond with "Strawman fallacy" without even attempting to correct me in where I am being incorrect exactly. I don't think you are in fact trying to acquire anything from conversations, though you are a nifty hand at taking away patience.

Every attack you have stated can be used on you. I don't have the time to organize every single of your posts here but you can if you ask me to give examples, I will.

If people are wrong, clarify where they are incorrect instead of throwing tantrums such as "WHY ARE YOU ON DART". You are contributing nothing to most topics if all you do is that.

  • Sorry,man,  but I remember when you told us: "To date I have been permanently suspended from Instagram, Facebook and Twitter directly (and very specifically) due to posting fact-based truth backed by criminological (and other scientific) data that clearly demonstrates that black Americans...."
    • ...and then proceeded to obsessive-compulsively shit post about Black people every day with a maximum of denigration and minimum of variation.  You very quickly proved 100% immune to reliable sourcing, fact correction, human empathy.   You're not just full of irrational fear, you are narcisistically determined to make everybody engage your rage without any kind of wit or intelligence or depth- just a wall of reflexive insult.
  • Nobody gets banned from Instagram for their emotional and intellectual intelligence, you get banned for spamming hate. 
    • If everybody else is always the problem, then the problem is probably you.
  • As far as I can tell, we don't need to respect your opinion of us because you don't have some other place else to go.  There's us and there's Stormfront and Stormfront can't ever satisfy your desperate need to provoke outrage.  No other social media is dumb enough to tolerate your cartoon David Duke schtick and I am confident that your continued presence on this site has cost us many a potentially fresh, intelligent, non-cracker point of view.  You often ask people why they participate on DART, which is only interesting because at least  the rest of us have some choices about where we can go to socialize and hash out the events of the day. Of any us, you  are the one who has been driven off from the other websites that demand better self-control.  Your continued capacity to have place where can flame out like a 1950s Birmingham deputy  sherrif  is entirely dependent on our continued patience for your mental illness.

The subject of race is a main course at the table of real life discussion outside of DART. Does that make everyone in the world racist jsut because they’re passionate about the subject? According to your (il)logic, it does. Reality check: it does NOT!!! 

The fact that you and others cannot stand the truth about race, culture, crime and the law just goes to show why race relations is a main course at the table of reality. The denialism and victimhood mentality keeps it there.
