I dont think the Bible says that we should kill everyone. Rather, it says that sin results in death, but God gifts us life.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.".
Bible clearly says: "Thou shall not kill". So you couldnt possibly kill everyone without violating God's command.
Bible points out clear examples when is killing okay, and when not.
