This is and should always be allowed.
Many people cause havoc on threads purely because this garners attention. Nobody comments "I commit felonies" because they are actual crinimals, they do it because it is funny and gathers attention. Sometimes, banning a person is a form of acknowledging what they are doing.
What we should do is just treat this as a normal thread with normal discussion. Of course, doxxing should always be banned because it could cause physical harm, but insults deserve to be drowned over nothing and be unnoticed by the end of time.

Insults simply bring nothing in debate. In most cases, they are irrelevant to the topic.
The ban on insults wouldnt have happened if people were moderate with insults. However, insults were used too much to the point where there was almost no debate going on in certain topics.
While some people dont care about insults, many are hurt by them. It simply goes too far sometimes. Considering that this is a debate site, forum is also for debates and not for roasts unless the topic says so.

The code is not that complicated, TWS stands for The White Supremacist.

It is unlikely that the T is just for the word 'The' but I get why people think TWS means that.
If I understand him correctly, I think this user is the guy who used to go by Brontoraptor and this user fancies himself a Soldier or Savior of some sort.
If you look at his original profile (linked to on his current one) the URL of his blog suggests his first name begins with S (this is not doxxing, it's literally on the profile of the user on DART).
So, based on that, I rule out TWS being his initials unless the S is for his name.
Whether the S is his first name, Savior or Soldier, I think that T and W stand for something deeper than just 'the white'.
However, if 1405 are a jumbling of his DoB or something like that, then TWS could be jumbled too. Regardless, idc at this point as I both think it's pretty unsolvable and could even be as simple as linked to a character from a show he liked/likes or something. He never confirmed what it stands for so far.
