Computers process data.....Both internally and externally generated data.

The human computer is a multi-functional management system, developed over some 300,000 years or so.

Whereas advanced electronic computers have been around for less that 100 years.........Let's give them a chance to catch up.

Maybe were looking at some sort of hybrid.

Because I think that downloading consciousness is not too far away......Which is a sort of scary concept.
Hey Zed, how is it going?

You must know that in order to develop a computer you need an intelligent and consciouss being that put all the electronic devices together. I mean, who put all the cells together? This is a beautiful question I would like to answer.

I think people often behave a lot more monstrously in games than in life,
'Because, it's a game,
'Lot of poor poor NPCs. . .

'Lot's of religions have an accounting after one dies,
Some versions of Buddhism for example, I've heard.

Well, I said life is like a game in the sense that we are using a character for a temporal time and for reaching a goal and not for doing whatever you want. To make it clearer, life is a like a virtual reality.

Going well, thanks.....Hope you are too.

Yep, I can see that designed organic structures is an appealing proposition.

The complexity of advanced organic systems is quite amazing.

Though each designer would  require a designer, would  require a designer...... Ad infinitum.

So that still leaves us with material evolution over aeons, from basic to complex, as the most reasonable explanation.

Which leads us nicely to the design development and therefore the evolution of inorganic intelligent structures and systems.

Ok....So that certainly could imply the existence of a previous designer....But that nonetheless at some point requires a seemingly magical genesis.

I think it more likely that intelligent organic structures would develop from the primary evolvers, whereas inorganic intelligence actually requires a designer and manufacturer.

So maybe humanity will be the designer/evolver of an inorganic or hybrid super-intelligence, which will  bear the responsibility of furthering the necessity of material processes.

Still leaves us with the old something from nothing conundrum though.

Or depending on how one views it.......The something and nothing conundrum.

Both something and nothing are seemingly impossible.

Or maybe everything is a purposeless fluke.

Nothing, Something, Everything.......Any ideas IlDiavolo?

There are over 700 quintillion planets in the universe.  One of the leading theories is that life emerged from chemical processes in Earth's early ocean. Simple chemical precursors, such as water, carbon, and hydrogen, mixed and mingled until they formed complex polymers like DNA, RNA, and proteins—the building blocks of life.
Since this all happened by accident with an infinitely small chance of happening, the Earth is the only planet in the Universe with life.

Well, I think the universe is basically energy, so energy is the raw material of matter. Science is starting to understand that matter is a kind of illusion, I can't say much about it since it's something new and related to quantum mechanics which I know nothing about. What I can say though is that if an atom is 99.99% of energy, all the matter in the universe is basically pure energy.

So, the universe is not about matter but energy with some sort of intelligence and conciousness, as far as I'm concerned. Don't think of it as a spirit or a ghost because it would sound as ridiculous as religions. It's just what it is, an eternal conscious energy that is continuously creating matter as an illusion, a virtual reality just for the sake of experience.

What I believe too is that if humans are intelligent, conscious and have freewill is because we are a manifestation of this energy that created the matter and its rules. That's why I say if we call this energy God, we're also God. There is no God out of us but within us. And I don't think it's an omnipotent and omniscient being which is what religions stupidly claim.

Yep. I can run with those ideas in principle.

I think that scientific minds have alluded to such concepts for quite a while now.

In very simple terms, I have always proposed a GOD principle relative to the evolutionary structuring of energy and matter.

And in fairness to old theologians , I think that their GOD principles were reasonably analogic.

Whereas modern deists should know better, or be taught better.

Well, if it can happen once it can happen twice.

And if it can happen twice, it can happen a quintillion times.

In so much as evolutionary processes are likely to be universally applicable.

Though if evolutionary processes are universally applicable,  it's perhaps likely that the most advanced intelligences are at similar stages of development.

Even if it occurs at only one per galaxy, that's still an estimated 2 trillion possibilities.

Or none of the above.

Perhaps inter-galactic communications are still universally incapable.

Perhaps we are a tad more advanced than other systems.

Bearing in mind that it would take 2.5 million years for a radio signal to reach Andromeda our nearest galaxy.

Therefore 2.5 million years for a reply.

Don't wait up.

IlDiavolo,

As all Christians have to believe, there is most certainly an afterlife, praise!  None other than Jesus' inspired words said this biblical truth herewith: "Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life." (John 5:24)

Who in the hell doesn't want an afterlife with Jesus in heaven, where we can walk with Him all the time for eternity, walking and talking, talking and walking at all times with Him, and most importantly, there will be NO WOMEN in heaven, this is probably because we superior males over the 2nd class woman had to put up with them while upon earth!

“Simon Peter said to them: Let Mariham go out from among us, for women are not worthy of the life. Jesus said: Look, I will lead her that I may make her male, in order that she too may become a living spirit resembling you males. For every woman who makes herself male will enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Thomas 114)

FLRW,

YOUR QUOTE SETTING YOUR WIFE STRAIGHT BIBLICALLY:  "Thank you, I have shown my wife your link." https://www.imagebam.com/view/MELSJ7V

Women have to learn that since Jesus as God created them in the Garden of Eden from a superior man's rib, and whether they are Christian or not, they are to be knowledgable of what Jesus' inspired words state about them in being 2nd class citizens.

Always remember, your wife is the lessor of man, as Jesus' inspired words as God says herewith: “Likewise, husbands, live with your wives in an understanding way, showing honor to the woman as the weaker vessel, since they are heirs with you of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.” (1 Peter 3:7)

Remember this biblical adage as well: "It is better to live alone in the desert than with a crabby, complaining wife." (Proverbs 21:19)

Proverbs 21:19 in Other Translations
19 It is better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman. 19 It is better to live in a desert land than with a quarrelsome and fretful woman.

Praise the Lord!

Man 'or woman,
Seems better 'not to partner with a dysfunctional person,
Though maybe some people are happy with such.

I know my response has nothing to do with was was previously discussed.
Yes, I think that the existence of an afterlife would make me feel better, or al least more motivated throughout life. Let's take the possibility of an afterlife in which your actions are analyzed and judged- that would give you a reward for all of your struggles to do good, to be a good person and would give you a reason to strive for good and avoid doing bad things. Even an afterlife in which your previous life doesn't matter is reassuring because you keep on living, you have another chance. I think reincarnation is the best outcome for a human, not necessarily based on your previous life, just to be given another life, no matter what. To live is nice.

First time in like 20 plus years i felt that.
I made sure not to look at em.
I sucked it up and got over it in about 3 days.

Butttttt,

If only i could put words together, i belive i would of  been the best cult leader.
I am ruthless ,
But not ummm, ( charismatic )   .

I've given jesus next to NO CASH  throughout my entire life.

I think i fucked up.
See I should of been regularly  giving jesus like $15 maybe $20 a week for my afterlife accommodations.

I'm gonna be homeless after life i just know it.
I coukd start giving jesus like $100 a week from now until death.
This may get me some basic level accom.

Hey Maybe If i give one of you guys like 100 a week , you can you get it to jesus for me.
But I'm pretty sure I've missed the boat on this one.

Of course.

Jesus was from the Middle East and the Last supper was painted by a European some 1400 years later.

Just saying Deb.....Might not be an exact match.

Me....These days I'm like the bald bloke on the left....The one doing the happy hands.

What about you Stephen....One of the Brothers with the curly ginger hair perhaps.

"Would the existence of an afterlife make you feel better?" Not if its anything like this. I couldn't bare having to do all this suffering and learning all over again. I have had good times, I am just done with the never ending changing  of the rules, playing by the rules and double standards.

The ummm,  The (up keep)  on a joint like this heaven.
We are talknig $$$$  BIG BUCKS  $$$$

To have it a guess.
Probably like twice the amount of price its cost the christians to have sex with kids.

You need a big block of land.  A plot
I mean , you need a lot of space.
The friggen  logistics.
The maintenance.

I have trouble maintaining  the 5 large palm trees in me back yard.
The fronds,  oh the numerous palm fronds.
I need to chop the kunts down ize tells ya.   (  no but they are pretty they say.  )
Pretty palms.
Fucking bullshit.

' breaths deep '

Where was i ?
The cost.
Yeah It would cost God heaps to keep it up and running ?
( Especially when its all " free ", well kind of free. )

Imagine dying andddddddd ya find out its been shut down for like 25 years now.
( i could almost so imagine this. )
( I'm getting a " time share " kindda vibe about it. )
Im also picture, ( dirty linen )

Im guessing that,   Even The travel in to heaven wouldn't be that good anymore.

What i am trying to say is.
I think ( they may have " over sold " the pure awsomness of ( going to andddd being in" heaven " )

I suggest we shouldn't go getting our hopes up.

Surly there are far better and far superior afterlife accommodations joints then the old heaven place on like first and main.

If heaven is still operational.
Highly doubt it.

As it Doesn't even appear to have ●●●●  WIFI  ●●●●  CONNECTION

I want to give a BIG THANKS TO THE CHRISTIANS for ummmm,  maintaining it.
Yeah.
Thanks Christians.

( say it like you mean it deb. )

Fucking ,
THANK YOU CHRISTIANS.

So like.
What might be the prime age to get the ummmmm, most out of heaven.

Orrrr is it  .
Every one is 21 in heaven.
I mean , the afterlife.

Also.
My mates and a cousin  first husban and first wife died.
One was like a car crash the other was the C word.
SOOOOOO .  When they go to heaven right.
Thats gonna make for some awkward moments.
The whole meeting up with ya loved ones and shit.
Do you meet your first wife 1st and your second one after that
Orrrrrr , is it.
The more wives or husbands you have now , the better it is in heaven.

Because.
I aint gonna have sex with your wife in heaven. ( as much as i wanted to )
However i will still try.

I don't need to ask if you can make a baby in heaven do i ?
Well
I'm not gonna ask.

But ummm,  Its so good of god to briefly and crypticly tell us alllllllllllĺlĺlllllll  about real real important shit.

Phanks god.
Fanks.

Wanker.
