Million and millions of people have been charged with "exceeding the maximum lawful vehicle speeds".

Not a single person has ever been charged with "Speeding".
"In connection" is not insurrection.
"Speeding" isn't a crime. Insurrection is an actual crime on the books. It's also a Federal crime.

That's like saying owning a handgun is "a connection" to murder, they are not  both the same crime.
Much like the insurrection scam, it falls upon the bastardization of the Bill of Rights without ever having to prove an insurrection or murder was perpetuated by anyone.

Simple yes or no is all that I am asking here.

Can you name one person that was convicted for insurrection due to Jan 6?

No one can or will, anymore than anyone can or will even make a legit attempt to discredit my post #25 herein.  They all know they simply cannot do so in either case.

The 14th keeps getting tossed around in the news, and I cannot believe anyone will stand up to the ignorant misinterpretation of it.
Smoke and mirrors argument, obviously, to throw gas on the dead wood of the lefties ashes of stupid arguments regarding Trump’s eligibility to run again.
He can, will, is doing so…and we all shall see what the end result is.

Bottom line, the 14th Sec 3 is not applicable. Period.

Well now SCOTUS has ruled, 9-0, the 14th doesn’t apply to Trump. The Office of the President isn’t an officer of the US - and - per Sec 5, only Congress has the power to legislate how Sec 3 is applied, not the States.

Quite amazing it was unanimous. Even the liberals couldn’t find logical recourse to dissent. Amazing. Just amazing. Shows this was not political at all on their part and completely by the book (er, Constitution).

@Amber

It just goes to show that any Justice from any Party will be glad to take a $5 million bribe from Putin.

Lol, maybe if Bidenomics didn't make American lobbyists so poor the last 3 years, they could compete with the bribes in rubles...

hahahahaha

I fail to see any reporting on your assertion, uh, false accusation here:

“In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency,” Barrett wrote. “The Court has settled a politically charged issue in the volatile season of a Presidential election. Particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up. For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home."

Are the gift cards you get from Putin in rubles or dollars?
