The question is why would he investigate you in the first place when you're one of the only people to have claimed (and a role we could somewhat verify no less?) It seems very unlikely he would believe that investigating you would be statistically useful.
I don't see it that way. Town-confirming a power role is useful.
And the fact that neither one of you were role blocked or killed is also very sus. If Speed were town I think he would be here playing better + making a better case for himself insofar as why he targeted you with his night action and why he's focusing on a Luna lynch this DP.
I think the fact that both of us are sus leaves the mafia with a risky situation. Should they kill someone possibly scum or not? I think I'll be killed by this NP, they simply don't have the risk anymore.
I also think killing warren seems like Speed would be behind it. Assuming they have to logically deduce who their scum partner is, and they know it's not Luna, and assume it's not me or you, that leaves just a few potential targets. I could see Speed, Pie or whiteflame being the ones threatened by warren.
Idk.
The only thing making me second guess Speed as scum is that it would be weird for scum to "give up" at this point since they definitely still have a shot at winning. Speed's behavior seems like he doesn't really care. Pie on the other hand seems to be trying to delay things to give mafia the edge in numbers and is open to lynching Luna/you. So Speed/Pie are my biggest suspects right now along with one of the lesser active people. Skittlez and Croc need to post. I'd like to hear more from MisterChris as well. It's good he posted.
I have suspicions on Pie like I said. Speed doesn't seem like scum, it's just off. Perhaps this is because of the 3 scum and 1 out scenario, but probably not.

What I think about the NK is that mafia wants to play it low-key. They don't know their third member and aren't going to kill the person that is very sus. Essentially, they need to choose who to kill carefully, meaning they have to play like town. They probably wouldn't kill me or Speed as it would be a waste of an NK, as most likely I would've been lynched the next DP.
The cop'ing of me was probably unexpected to scum, which is why they need to push a lynch on someone else. Strangely, the way Pie has been dodging me and just saying I was sus eerily reminds me of what he did in Naruto Mafia to Lunatic who was Pattern at the time. When Pattern came out as Lunatic he tried to push a lynch on him but then quickswitched and got lynched himself.

Look, tracking someone that's suspicious in town won't get anywhere. The way I see it, if you're under suspicion, you are less likely to NK when there is a known tracker.
Any one of them could be scum, I picked one of them, they didn't do anything.

t also makes no sense that BearMan would track whiteflame. Sure whiteflame was relatively quiet last DP (BearMan's excuse was that "If he was mafia, and he wasn't under suspicion, it would perfectly easy for him to do an NK") but so was Chris, Crocodile, skittlez, Pie and Parrot to the same extent. Granted Parrot claimed Vanilla but I find it odd that BearMan would choose whiteflame.

I’m willing to trust Speed more than BearMan just cause he claimed a cop. Trackers as I noted last DP can scum affiliations and it would be perfect cover similarly to a Mafia Roleblocker claiming Town Roleblocker.

Ok anyway, seriously.
Lunatic's play was confusing from the start, he was trying to attract mafia to notice that he was the "third scum". The fact that there is a scum separate from the other scum means it was used as a powerful "balance" meaning that mafia probably has an OP role. Judging how "bastard" we consider the separate scum-move, that OP role must be pretty powerful, which is why we need a lynch now.
That's also why I needed to confirm a role madness game because if we play the power roles correctly we can catch that mafia juggernaut.
It is most likely that the "juggernaut" is playing it low-key so that he or she does not get lynched. The people who match this description in post #246. When I was acting real suspicious, those people likely got more active, thinking they could lynch me easily.
