Ignorance is not an insult by the way. It means lacking knowledge, which is very different than lacking intelligence. Townies lack information compared to mafia by definition so identifying genuine ignorance vs faked ignorance is useful to identifying scum.

Disc - Obviously I know I am town.
Lunatic - Claimed cop with no CC and I know there is a cop because I am miller.
Suspected Town
Supa - Primarily based on behavior. Hesitation to firmly read bron despite bron directly referencing his role comes off to me as genuine townie ignorance.
Oromagi - Primarily based on behavior. Has said things I had on my mind before I said them a few times so far, kind of makes me think his thoughts are 'on the same wavelength' as my own, which I know to be on a townie wavelength.
Wylted - Primarily based on behavior. I don't remember being in any games with him as scum, though I am sure I have been, but he seems to be following what I would expect his behavior to be as town.
Earth - The weakest of my town reads but strong enough to not be in the null pile. No solid reason I can put my finger on, mostly gut for this one.

Evilgenius - Now that I am going through each person one by one to give reads I notice that this guy has not really been on my radar in any way. Will have to make a note to keep an eye on him.
Weird Vibes
Pie - The Charizard thing really is odd to me. Being the only pokemon besides me (and I am a miller) plus the only character that can't talk (even including me) is going to make this guy stand out. I have always considered theme analysis to be the weakest kind so this doesn't land him as a scum suspect by itself but bears mentioning
Whiteflame - Similar to above, the narrator is a weird claim but I don't put enough stock in theme analysis to want this guy dead immediately. I remember there was something that specifically made whiteflame more likely to be scum than pie imo that was based on actual behavior but can't for the life of me remember what it was and can't be bothered to sift through 400+ posts looking now, maybe later.

DrLebronski - I have made my case against this guy pretty clear already and a few of my town reads that I consider relatively non-dumb have agreed with certain points which makes me more confident. I think we should lynch this guy.

Bron's claim is pretty clearly cut and dry that it is an enabler for Ash (supa) so I don't even know why were talking about the enabler interacting with cops and docs.

If Nurse Joy's ROLE is as we suppose and ENABLER most likely enables COPs and DOCs then you seemed likeliest COP if Disc is truthful.
I don't think there is any reason to suppose that cops and docs are the only roles that can be enabled merely because they are the most iconic roles in the game. In theory I could even see passive roles like bulletproof or PGO being enabled.

This echoes my thoughts when I read the response to the Charizard claim, though it is hardly rock solid. I have been considering the possibility of "characters that can talk vs those that can't" since the top of page 2.
You must admit that you do stand out even if theme analysis is not nail in the coffin proof of affiliation.

In cases like this where you disagree with someone and they are not changing their mind (whether it is to lynch or not lynch someone, commit to a certain strategy, etc.) Don't waste everyone's time talking at them for ten pages. If you can't change theirind, change someone else's. If nobody agrees with you then give up. This is a game about gathering a concensus and enforcing that concensus through voting. Wasting everyone's time making them read your debate arguments does not help.
The only exception to this is if you are scum. Obviously if you are scum then derailing DP's into debates is helpful to your cause.

I agree with this in principle, in practice however this particular group of players is stupid enough to think it is an sop so I am kinda forced to conform in case I am copped so people don't go "OH BUT WHY DIDN'T YOU SOP INSTALYNCH!!!"
Not even I expected them to go the extra retard mile and say they want to policy lynch me though. I think I should be judged on behavior and theme analysis. Really disappointing to see people going the lazy "policy lynch" route.

Personally I tend not to do this because it usually doesn't help town as often as it leads down rabbit holes of red herrings imo. Others probably didn't due to lack of theme knowledge.

I think Oromagi is correct in saying that this would be more easily accomplished by directly showing the "others helped in this exact way" that you speak of.

Underdog did in post 16+17 (he gave the example of outlawing rape. He said that outlawing rape was authoritarian), then in post 22 I said I disagree with post 16+17, then you responded to post 22 in post 25 and that is what started the conversation between us lmao.
So yes somebody did say "anything the government is involved in is authoritarian" and all I have done is ask how that definition was arrived at.
