Yes, I would. I haven't done the research on this specific issue yet, but to the point where NASA can adequately collaborate with private companies, while sustaining Earth Science missions. No more than $35 billion.
NASA has 2 important goals.
1) Help Earth
-> Earth Science Missions
-> Sustain and Improve existing satellites
2) Explore Space
-> Working with (not for) private companies
Enough done so that comparing our progress from the start to the end, we can see significant change.
Well, don't get too caught up in the definitions. What the topic seems at face value is what I meant. The definitions are there to seem more "formal" you could say.
Ramshutu, I'm surprised you disagree. Water is the foundation of life, and many planets have water on them. You should know this. You are after all a glass of water xD
Perhaps we could debate it later? I have some debates ongoing now, and I kinda need to do some research on that topic beforehand. I can let you know when I'll be free.
I know that PE in high schools is optional.
But if you want a diploma you have to take PE10.
So are you saying that students shouldn't have to take PE10 in order to get a diploma?
Or are you talking about elementary and junior high?
Good debate!
Ah... so it's the history that's racist! That's an interesting view, I never considered that before.
How is thanks giving racist? I've never heard or thought of thanksgiving like that before.
I agree.
I'm not saying you did anything wrong here, but would this be an example of Noob Sniping?
But it is optional...
Yup, np!
Gotcha. Thanks!
Ah, shoot. Completely forgot about this.
Please don't forfeit, but try to like summarize your speech with no new information to make it fair.
Thanks for considering.
And really sorry!
"pre-flat kritik"
What's that?
It's racist? Never heard.
$200 billion per year!!!!!! DUDE!!!!
Also, I disagree. We should utilize the Moon, but not colonize it. Mars is a better opportunity. Interesting debate topic...
[budget of $21.5 billion for 2019's fiscal year]

I swear one day I had like 2 comments and now I have 60. You guys should start a debate on this. It should be an interesting topic...

Yup, exactly!
Oh, btw expect my argument to be sometime around tmr afternoon...
Ah, okay. For a second I though he was actually serious about going full in to run lol
Oh, so that wasn't a joke? Is he actually going to run?
Commie as in Hommie?
or
Commie as in Communist?
Hey, I just wanted to point out, did you guys mix up Con and Pro?
Oh, and armoredcat, I can't read binary lol
Oh yeah, no problem man.
By structure do you mean debate format?
Well, I'm not really a big fan of debate structure, so you can use whatever you wish.
How much what?
Oh yeah, thanks for your vote. No problem there.
I do wish there were more though...
Didn't Press do a similar debate to this?
You should try to DM him.
Where'd you learn what TH means?
Did you used to debate at school?
Ah, I see your point. I'll keep that in mind for next time.
Thanks for the advice!
I kinda see what you mean.
I'll keep that in mind for next time.
Thanks!
I see what you're saying...
Good debate to you too. I had fun. I'll catch you in our other debate!
Yup I do. I wasn't really thinking when I said that, but hopefully that won't be my downfall xD
Just to clear up, I'm really sorry, didn't' mean it like that.
What I meant to say was: "something polite"
Or something along those lines. But I never meant for it to be rude! I'm really sorry if you misunderstood what I said!
At that time, I just wrote something and posted, without giving much thought. It didn't' seem rude to me then!
Really sorry!

Good debate man, had fun. Also did you get my reference?
Good debate. I had fun. See you soon!
True, although I'm really busy this week, so I might hold off debating for a while...
I'll fix it
There, 3 days
I hope I interpreted your name right...
Quick question, what's a "PROB"? Are you referring to problems in my speech, or just key ideas for the debate?
He literally just gave us tons of information...
Uhh... did Odin just write our speeches for us?
Ramshutu, I'm surprised you disagree. Water is the foundation of life, and many planets have water on them. You should know this. You are after all a glass of water xD

Hmm... that is an interesting topic.

I'll debate you on that...
I linked 5 sources in my speech, but most of my info could be generally applied.
But you prefer America over Canada?
Wait, a minute, don't you live in Canada?
