And a large majority of Americans are in favor of abortion rights for women.
What would a bipartisan Constitutional law enshrining those rights look like to you?

I don't care about the polls. I saw the midterms.
So a gut opinion.

It was a huge factor in the last election and will be again in 2024...
A study I pulled up had 6% GOP say it was the most important issue and abortion didn't even make the chart for Democrat issues. What's the basis for this?
Even Democrats are split on abortion up to 9 months. There's no unifying congressional abortion law for any party. Most of the GOP do not want to change the recent SCOTUS ruling allowing states to make their own local laws, so there most certainly won't be a push from the GOP for a sweeping Congressional federal abortion law.
Sorry for the pun, but Abortion is a dead issue. It even ranked near bottom for 2016.

thar colored folk!!!!
"colored folk" =/= culture.
Plenty of color variations in most cultures.
The resurgence of labeling western culture, protestant culture, German industrial culture, free-thinking enlightenment culture as exclusively "white" and labelling Redneck Culture mostly from the south as exclusively "Black" or as you put it "colored" culture is definitely the work of the followers of the religion of race.
In his book "Black Rednecks and White Liberals," Thomas Sowell explains his theory that certain cultural characteristics associated with what he terms "redneck culture" among poor southern whites can be traced back to cultural patterns brought to the southern United States by white immigrants from the British Isles, particularly from regions like the Scottish Highlands and northern England, and were then passed on to Blacks. Whereas the culture in the North was dominated by germans and protestants.
Protestant Christianity was the predominant religious affiliation in many northern states. Various Protestant denominations, including Anglicans, Puritans, Congregationalists, Presbyterians, Methodists, and Baptists, had substantial followings in the North. These religious groups had a significant influence on the cultural, social, and moral values of the communities they were part of.
German immigrants also played a substantial role in shaping the culture of the northern states, particularly in the Midwest and the Great Lakes region. They brought their language, customs, and traditions with them, forming tight-knit communities. German culture had a lasting impact on aspects such as music, food, brewing, and craftsmanship in these areas. Many cities, such as Milwaukee, Cincinnati, and St. Louis, had sizable German populations that contributed to their cultural landscapes.
Sowell makes special note of the ability to make cheese and butter which was comparatively lacking in the South due to this cultural difference. The lack of industry was also a significant manifestation of cultural differences between the German North and the English South.

...there is no rage, care or concern when blacks kill one another, or there is black on white violence
Most of this is explained because Black culture is a protected culture, where any criticism of said culture is defined legally as racism. It's only a matter of time until that culture asserts evolutionary dominance due to no detractors, as what happens with any species with no natural predators.

@IlDiavolo
To tag along with this, most people from non French cultures do not recognize the French authorities as being legitimate. There is no easy fix for this other than a civil war with a dominant culture winning the reins of authority. Countries exist to protect a culture, otherwise there would be no country. Cultures are fundamentally different, otherwise we would not use the word "diversity."
Cultures follow the same rules of existence as all life on Earth, and many cultures have historically gone extinct. It would be sad if French culture went extinct like Roman culture did, but cultures that do not value preservation are destined to become extinct as with all things that have gone extinct.

"The simple fact is the ruling is going to allow people who want to discriminate to discriminate"
The critics say the exact same thing about the Affirmative Action SCOTUS decision, namely that Harvard can still continue to exclude Asians if they so want to. They just can't brag about doing it now under the pretense that it is legally justified.

So you admit Biden continues to ruin the economy by keeping the Trump tax cuts for the rich. Smart man. Finally you see Biden for the traitor he is.

Democrats wanted 75%, Trump really failed both parties.
Also, Democrats kept most of the Trump tax cuts, so Biden needs to be executed as a traitor as well.

What does the FBI think?
Created:
-->
@HistoryBuff
You realize that Trump can easily go to jail for contempt if he released those FBI photos/docs/tapes to the media.
Do you have any evidence it was Trump and not FBI leakers from the SCIF that ruined case evidence? You do know Trump has no access to the SCIF, right?
Leakers that the Federal Judge repeatedly condemned and warned?
Admittedly, there's motive on both sides to sabotage the investigation as both have something to gain, but the FBI clearly has more access and cover to do it than dumbass Trump.

Most of the documents the FBI took were photographed and leaked to the press. You aren't likely to see those photos in any court case because the FBI did that. Either the FBI is incompetent, or they are engaging in malfeasance by influencing an election. Similarly with the recent leaked audio tapes, that won't ever see the inside of a courtroom because it's tainted prejudicial evidence. Either the FBI is incompetent, or they are engaging in malfeasance by influencing an election.
Biden has no discernable incentive to fix the FBI because it's likely the FBI is extorting Biden with a ton of evidence (besides the laptop) about his publicly admitted corruption in Ukraine. Imagine your own intelligence agencies compromising the president you voted for. Since I can't get enough of this classic clip, I will repost this to remind you.
The system is so broken, nobody knows where to start, but it sure as hell won't be magically fixed after Trump is gone.
There's so much extortion going on with the legal system, it's hard to tell who the real bad guys are.

If women were being paid less for "the same work," then women would have priced-out men in the labor market.
Women are already out-pricing men in the labor market....in all the fields I listed as dominated by women workers.
Women get paid less to be a Nurse than what a Man would demand for the same work, which is the ONLY reason why most nurses are women.
No sane employer will hire a man as a Nurse if the Man expects to get paid more than a woman for the same work. The pay may be equal among the 2 genders for the same work, but the value of that work is vastly divergent within each gender. If you as a man struggle to meet the demands of Nurse work, you will most definitely value your time and efforts than a woman who has a much easier time preforming the duties comparatively. That increased value will require higher wages which most employers will not meet unless they specifically need a man for a certain gender role or to meet a gender quota.

See, the left admits justice is only relevant in relation to power. That is how we know the left is weaponizing the law to gain power and eliminate threats to power.
And now the Right has learned from the Left with a slew of impeachment charges set to roll through Congress.

A 1954 Poli Sci textbook essentially outlined a few steps to overturn a democracy.
1) Divide the nation philosophically.
2) Foment racial strife.
3) Cause distrust of police authority.
4) Swarm the nation's borders indiscriminately and unconstitutionally.
5) Engender the military strength to weaken it.
6) Overburden citizens with more unfair taxation.
7) Encourage civil rioting and discourage accountability for all crime.
8) Control all balloting.
9) Control all media.

This is essentially the same ideal JFK had, and which he was likely murdered by the deep state for.
The idea that you don't have to harm your opposition to disagree with your opposition. The deep state is all about the consolidation of power, not regressing power back to the people.

@Best.Korea
A dark money group called the 65 Project, reportedly connected to the Democratic Party, is planning to disbar and discredit over 100 lawyers who worked on former President Trump's post-election lawsuits. The group has already filed 10 ethics complaints and intends to air advertisements in several states. The 65 Project aims to target attorneys involved in challenging or reversing the 2020 election results. The group alleges that these lawyers knowingly participated in an effort to discredit the election and future elections. Former politicians and legal experts, including Tom Daschle and Paul Rosenzweig, are advisory board members. The group intends to spend millions on this campaign. There has been no widespread evidence of election fraud in the 2020 election. The false narrative of possible election fraud is expected to impact the 2024 midterms, as several GOP-led states have since revised their voting laws to counter possible voter fraud. The group aims to bring grievances in bar complaints, shame the lawyers, and make them socially and professionally undesirable. Attorneys targeted by the group, such as Paul Davis, dismiss the effort as a desperate political attack attempt by left-leaning DC power brokers.
Looks like Trump's real legacy is destroying every foundation of America with the help of his power hungry Democrat allies.

The United States did not suspend elections during the War of 1812 because the democratic principles and institutions that govern the country prioritize the continuity of the democratic process even during times of conflict. The War of 1812, which lasted from 1812 to 1815, was a brutal war between the United States and Great Britain. As a matter of historical record, the United States did hold its scheduled elections during this war.
USA holds the belief that democracy should not be compromised by external threats or conflicts. Elections serve as a fundamental aspect of democratic governance, allowing citizens to exercise their right to choose their representatives and hold the government accountable.
Yes, devastation during wartime may pose unique challenges and concerns, such as potential disruptions to logistics and security, but the United States has traditionally maintained the principle of holding elections as scheduled. This is a commitment to democratic values and also the belief that the democratic process should not be halted or suspended during times of conflict.
USA, historically maintains the continuity of elections as a longstanding tradition based on the principles of democracy and the belief in the importance of citizen participation.

I don't need the same arguments from the left, I just want to hear what people on the right think about this.
