America has the advantage of being the largest economy in the world. The feds can stimulate the economy by simply printing money. The Dollar is the worlds reserve currency.But the American consumer eventually pays for everything as the economy swings from inflation to recession to depression to boom or bust.
Pretty sure Schiff did not claim Americans did not pay for printing money to create economic bubbles.

i did not write the legislation. If you had to borrow and you paid it off, you get no benefit. But if you were smart enough to predict Biden would erase your debt; and you chose to not pay off your loan, then you were rewarded. That is the legislation.

But the misappropriation of the recent Covid reparations proves that it's absolutely a problem with the current government. In a period of inflation and recession, asking people to do anything other than get back to work while the government agrees to stop printing money devaluing the standard of living for everyone is asking for the immediate destruction of the nation. Maybe after we get our finances in order, we can play around with reparations like we did with the Covid reparations that helped put us in the current economic condition. At least we can survive the economic destruction better with such a mismanaged reparations scheme.

There are also way more non POC that immigrated to America after 1865 than ever existed before 1865 in America. A lot more.
What you are asking to do is demand a great many non-POC immigrants from 8 generations ago who never had the opportunity to have anything to do with slavery to pay "reparations" to POC immigrants from 8 generations ago that were never a slave and never had the opportunity to be a slave after 1865.

Just about every metric, from confidence in the government, the high average standard of living relative compared to today, a sense of patriotism and hope for the future. A general sense of ease and harmony.
All of that was reflected in approval polls where Obama scored extremely high.

Well some conjecture that they have larger brains and that equates to intelligence. We could also argue Marx was intelligent, yet his ideas directly led to the deaths of 30 million Russians, millions of Cambodians, and god knows how many Chinese killed.
I wouldn't consider Marx a particularly smart man despite his IQ.
Bobby Fischer was also batshit crazy with his politics despite being the best chess player to ever live. Intelligence is extremely relative.
