I see you have had your share of prison guards laughing at you. Bodily autonomy has always been a joke argument. Nobody has absolute rights to their own body...anywhere on the planet. Have fun gagging on that argument as the prison guards forcibly feed you when you go on a hunger strike. Or when the paramedics take you away for slashing up your own skin and wrists and force you to heal.

Even Canada healthcare allows the parliamentary members to opt out and use private health care. If public health care was really superior in Canada, why would they opt out? I mean it looks bad for their political image plus they have to pay out of pocket.

The old joke in Canada is that the health care in Canada is superior...until you get really sick.

I don't trust government statistics that say government run health care is better than market healthcare, especially if the politicians pay for their own health care instead of using government healthcare.

Same thing with schools. If the politicians generally don't use public schools, then I don't trust public schools. Did you know that the last presidential kid that went to public school was Jimmy Carter's kid in the 70's?

Again, your issue is with a rich person just throwing away all his hard earned money to his useless unproductive children.

That is textbook jealousy. Why do you get to decide what a person wants to do with the things he makes?

Also, why on earth would you assume an unproductive child getting unearned wealth from his parents a good thing? In many cases, the child leads a destructive short and painful life. The internet has thousands of examples of destroyed lives from lottery winners who suddenly came into unearned wealth and then destroyed themselves. Are you really sorry for these inheritees, or just jealous?

Read the post above mine. It explains how the rich can hold property in perpetuity through trusts and corporations while family owned land is given the royal shaft.

The rich are smart enough to manipulate the jealousy of the common man to work in their favor. Who do you think actually makes the regulations and the laws ultimately? Who do you trust?

Not exactly Europe though. All of South America Was influenced through Simon Bolivar with hispanic governance, which focused on limited private ownership and government control of most things. Personal liberty wasn't even on the radar.

South America and the USA gained their independence around the same time, but South America has yet to understand the value of individual liberty, individual responsibility, and the right to exist without government control over your life. South Americans have an incredibly hard time acquiring property with an insane amount of government regulation. Even if they manage to gain the title deed to a property, the next government regime can simply take it away. And you can forget handing anything over to your children in many South American countries. When individuals have no access to capital, and they have no collateral to loan against, they don't have the opportunities that Americans had. South America was mostly run by elites in government with much less freedom or control from individual citizens. This transcended into your dictator tropes..Peron, Che, Somoza, Pinochet, Diaz, Santa Anna, Chavez... and countless others. 

So yah it's a crappy place if you love individual freedom, but the income equality never translated to wealth for any of the countries, because wealth isn't created by simply printing money and equalizing everyone's income. That is how you create inflation like in Venezuela. Wealth is created with productivity, which can be achieved either through the whip or through the freedom to produce however much you want and be allowed to keep most of it, no matter how many jealous people want to rob you. I don't prefer the government control of the whip.     

America can't have good education because the government runs most of it. It isn't cheap either because teachers are allowed to form labor monopolies so they don't have to be competent or efficient. (almost half of a child's education dollars goes straight to wasteful administrative costs).

California and New York can't have cheap housing because the elites in government operate like South America with hundreds of regulations, bribes, and kickbacks involved in the process of new home construction.

America can't have affordable healthcare because insurance companies and the AMA doctor's union have paid off the government to restrict competition so that the insurance companies can drive the costs up with no fear of cheaper alternatives, and the Hospitals get to dictate exactly how those funds must be spent. Like the education system, healthcare in the USA is mainly run by monopolies.

You might see a few charter schools emerge to make a dent in the problem, but the public teacher's unions are strong enough to either shut them down completely, or restrict them to a tiny fraction of the education market. Similarly, local clinics are constantly suppressed by the power of the AMA labor lobby, and the insurance companies have no choice but to play along, or get their licenses to operate revoked by the state.

Most people don't know how to use trusts to avoid estate taxes. Estate taxes are a tool to suppress poor people and ignorant people.

There exists zero scientific data that shows the color of your skin has anything to do with the DNA affecting intelligence. There is no scientific direct cause and effect. There is no way that you can put a person's skin under a shade chart and say definitively what their DNA is regarding intelligence and back it up with real science.

This is a casual forum, not a college course. I can cut and paste any damn thing I want if it mirrors my argument. I really don't care about accreditations in a casual forum because arguing through authority is what college kids do. If you want to dodge the arguments, just say so, or better yet, don't reply at all.

Also, SPLC is currently thoroughly debunked as a scam organization that peddles arbitrary hate to the tune of millions of dollars, but you probably already knew that, smart as you appear to be.

Not that you would ever be accused of presenting an argument solely by appealing to fraudulent authority. That would be beneath you.

Equality for the founding fathers meant equality under the law. Period.

When the Founders of the Continental Congress signed the Declaration of Independence, they meant that all men were equally under the authority of God. They meant that all men were equally accountable to God’s Law.

Why do we know that they were writing of equal accountability under the Law of God? Besides what we observe from their testimonies and other writings expressing their worldview, we know what they meant from the very context of the Declaration of Independence. The first paragraph of the Declaration states:
“When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”
In this opening paragraph, the Founders appealed to the Law of God as their standard. Furthermore, they apparently believed that not only citizens, but also civil magistrates were accountable to the Law of God. While they may have fought for separation of church and state, they apparently did not believe in separation of God and state. In the main body of the Declaration, they enumerated the ways that King George had violated the Law of God, and they argued that these violations demonstrated such a rebellion against God’s Law that King George could no longer be their civil magistrate...

In other words, King George had strayed so far from being under the authority of God, that the colonists could not be under King George’s authority and also be under God’s authority. Such an idea would have been radical two-to-three hundred years before in England when the King was thought to be the Law of God on earth. That England believed Rex Lex – “the King is Law.” They construed passages such as Romans 13 in such a way as to assert that whatever the King did was what God had inspired him to do.

Over the course of the 1600’s, Great Britain slowly began to wake up to the truth of what Samuel Rutherford called Lex Rex – “the Law is King.” They began to understand the Reformation principles of the Bible that all men are equally sinful before a righteous God and that all men are equally accountable to the transcendent Law of God. When King Charles I began imprisoning people without cause and tried dissolving Parliament, he quite literally lost his head. Leaders like Oliver Cromwell would explain that King Charles I had exceeded his jurisdiction, violating the Law of God.

Absolutely nothing indicates that the founding fathers were social egalitarians.

Liberalism is the political philosophy of human equality and suffrage.  The American Revolution was an explicitly liberal assumption of power codified in the first words of the first American act: all men are created equal.  All Americans who swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution are Liberals by definition and sworn intent (whether or not they understand the meaning of the word).
What is this bullcrap statement that says the American founding fathers were egalitarians? They owned people. Try not taking a phrase out of context before making a completely baseless claim about the founding fathers. 

The founding fathers wanted freedom from King George, and wanted to create a nation that was free from the tyranny of big government.
The entire constitution is a laundry list protecting American citizens from government. That was liberalism back then.

Today's liberalism is a bunch of postmodernist horse crap explaining why we need identity groups to enforce equality over different unequal individuals and enforce equal outcomes using a tyrannical big government to implement those egalitarian ideas.

I'm against any form of inheritance tax. The country needs the kinds of people that will produce more than they themselves use for it to function. One of the motivator for people to produce more is the idea that they can hand it off to their children. The children generally squander a good deal of this inheritance which means that extra production goes back into the economy. This means that wealth is added to the nation. Having an inheritance tax means the father has zero incentive to leave anything behind as the state will confiscate most of it and his kids get nothing anyway. This causes the farther to produce way less that he otherwise would have. And this wealth is subtracted from the nation.
