The idea that illegal migrants are a "net financial positive" doesn't hold when you consider the substantial resources the U.S. government allocates for their care. In 2023 and 2024, FEMA, through its Shelter and Services Program (SSP), allocated over $780 million to support communities dealing with migrant arrivals. This funding was used for temporary shelter, food, clothing, medical care, and even transportation for noncitizens awaiting immigration proceedings(

These outlets have a vested interest in maintaining access to a cheap, exploitable labor force, which directly benefits their bottom line. By framing illegal immigration as an economic boon, you ignore the financial strain on local services, housing markets, and wage suppression for American workers, all while lining the propagandist's golden pockets. Think critically about whose interests are truly being served by the propaganda you're consuming.
