These are reasons why Kamala needs to win and Trump needs to lose 2024 elections, 3 main points
a few states have more permissive laws that allow third-trimester abortions under broader circumstances:

  • Colorado: Colorado has no specific gestational limits on abortion, meaning that third-trimester abortions can  be performed on demand, though they are usually  in cases involving serious health concerns or fetal abnormalities.
  • New Mexico: New Mexico also does not have laws restricting abortion at any stage of pregnancy, allowing third-trimester abortions on demand, although, in practice, these are rare and often involve medical or severe circumstances.
  • Oregon: Oregon has no gestational limits on abortion, so third-trimester abortions are legal and can be performed on demand, although they typically involve significant medical issues.
  • Vermont: Vermont permits abortion at any stage of pregnancy without specific restrictions, allowing third-trimester abortions on demand, though they are usually performed for serious reasons related to the mother's health or fetal abnormalities.
  • Washington, D.C.: The District of Columbia does not impose gestational limits on abortion, making third-trimester abortions legal on demand, although they are generally done for compelling reasons.

  • To call termination of a pregnancy a crime is a lie. It is not a crime, in these states.

In some states, this is correct. You can literally stick a vacuum tube into the head of a 9 month old fetus legally.

I gave you one thing Trump did that wasn't "communication"
I don't think I have ever seen you steelman any side, and yet you accuse me of bad faith when I clearly gave you one freebie to start your list.

    Projection, sigh.

In just the past day and a half he filmed a campaign ad at a cemetery and reposted a video talking about how blow jobs impacted Hilary Clinton and Kamala Haris, essentially calling Harris a whore (with of course, no evidence any of that ever happened).

abhorrent things he says and does on a daily basis...

Again, not asking for something he said or communicated. You literally claimed Trump DID something (policy wise foe example) that was abhorrent. List 5-10.

I'll even give you a softball answer and you can list the crime that was stated in his felony show trial as the 1st one. Oh wait, list the misdemeanor charge, that's good enough.

Women can't have a free choice to not have sex any more than they can refuse to choose corporate food. It's instinctual.

The only thing they can choose is to have a hysterectomy with Oophorectomy since they can't normally choose to stop ovulating and choose to stop hormone production.

Corporate oligarchies have a vested interest in maintaining and increasing female productivity within the workforce. To achieve this, they often promote policies and practices that enable women to prioritize their careers, with abortion access being one such tool. By supporting reproductive rights, including the option to terminate a pregnancy, corporations ensure that women are not hindered by unplanned pregnancies, which could disrupt their work and reduce their availability for labor. This aligns with the broader corporate goal of maximizing productivity and minimizing disruptions in the workforce.

The promotion of abortion by corporate oligarchies is often framed as empowering women to make choices about their bodies and careers. However, beneath this veneer of empowerment lies a more pragmatic concern: the economic benefits of having a stable, uninterrupted workforce. By advocating for reproductive rights, corporations attract and retain female employees, offering them the freedom to focus on their professional development without the potential setback of an unplanned pregnancy. This approach not only boosts female productivity but also enhances the company’s overall efficiency and profitability.

Moreover, the emphasis on abortion as a means to maintain female productivity can lead to a subtle pressure on women to prioritize their careers over personal choices, including motherhood. In a corporate culture that values continuous work output and career advancement, women may feel compelled to delay or forego having children to align with the expectations of their employers. This dynamic reveals how corporate interests shape societal norms and personal decisions, promoting abortion as a way to ensure that women remain fully engaged in the workforce, ultimately serving the goals of corporate oligarchies rather than the individual needs of women.

Also, women arent your baby factories. Women are persons.
Women are also not "abortion factories" either. Forcing women to get abortions so they can make more corporate bread to live is evil too.

Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, was a controversial figure whose advocacy for birth control was intertwined with her views on eugenics and social engineering. Sanger believed that by controlling reproduction, society could reduce crime and poverty, arguing that some unborn children were inherently more valuable than others. She supported the idea that society should encourage the reproduction of those deemed "fit" while discouraging or even preventing the reproduction of those she considered "unfit," such as the poor, disabled, and certain racial and ethnic groups. This perspective was deeply rooted in a belief that limiting the birth of "undesirable" populations would lead to a decrease in crime and social ills.

Sanger's emphasis on reducing crime through selective reproduction is an unfortunate troubling side of her legacy. She believed that by controlling who was allowed to have children, society could weed out those who statistically would become burdensome or criminal. Her advocacy for eugenic policies aimed at improving the genetic quality of the population was based on the assumption that certain groups were more likely to produce offspring who would contribute to crime and social disorder. This belief led her to promote birth control as a tool for social control, particularly targeting those she viewed as contributing to the degradation of society, marketing the policy as "empowering women."

The implications of Sanger's beliefs are still relevant today, especially in discussions about reproductive rights, social justice, and crime prevention. While she is often celebrated for her role in expanding access to contraception, the smartest people on DART will at least question the motivations behind her work. Sanger's legacy is a reminder of how efforts to reduce crime and improve society were tainted by her underlying prejudices and biases. Her belief that some unborn lives were worth more than others, based on their statistical potential to contribute to or detract from social order, raises ethical questions about the basis for the value of human life and the dangers of using reproductive control as a means of shaping society according to discriminatory ideals and junk racial science.

Unborn arent equal to born people.

According to Margaret Sanger, some unborn are worth far more than other unborn.

We could probably reduce the debt, poverty, income inequality, global warming, and crime by simply expanding abortion to include all welfare recipients.

    1.  If you are capable of lowering prices for Americans, why haven’t you done it in the 3½ years you have been in office?

    2. You say housing affordability would be a “Day One priority” if you were elected. Why is it not a priority now? Housing isn’t affordable for the average American in 99 percent of the nation.

    3. You co-sponsored Medicare-for-All and the Green New Deal? Do you still support these multi-trillion-dollar takeovers of the American economy?

    4. You talk a lot about "freedom." What about the freedoms of Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, and Jocelyn Nungaray? These women were killed by illegal immigrants who were let into the country under your watch.

    5. President Trump didn't need a "border bill" to secure the border. Why did you support executive actions like stopping construction of the border wall and halting deportations that intentionally unsecured the border?

    6. Trump was the first president in decades to start no new wars. Under your watch, wars are popping up in Europe and the Middle East. Why is that?

    7. Why did you conceal Joe Biden's cognitive decline from the American people?

    8. You supported the Defund the Police movement and have said more that police doesn’t mean more safety. Why do you want fewer police officers?

    9. You’ve called for getting rid of cash bail and your campaign hasn’t backed away from it. Why do you still support such a radical view?

    10. You have sent anonymous aides out to claim you've abandoned the radically liberal positions that you've held for decades. Do you think lying to the American people is the best strategy?

What other things would you like to know about Kamala?

abhorrent things he says and does on a daily basis...
Can you list 5-10 things he has done (not said ) that you find abhorrent? A "daily basis" would mean you have thousands of such actions to select from, so a list of ten should be a softball ask.

Joe Biden mixes up someone's name and it's a week's worth of coverage in rightwingville,
Honest question: Do you think Biden would still be in the race if not for the negative coverage? Do you think people would accept that he is fit for office after that final debate? CNN recently got roasted on a comedy show for supporting Biden/Kamala after the debacle debate from their own Democrat crowds...

Also, Trump rallies are literally 3+ hours of him riffing folksy vibes as if you were sitting in your living room with him. The last thing Trump supporters see him as is an artificial construct and not a real person. This video is pure projection from the radical left to justify why they themselves do not see DJT as a real person which then justifies their baseless hyperbolic faith in TDS. It's precisely this type of projection that will forever keep the left tribe from understanding how they lost the culture war.

What the video went into that I was interested in here is the part about Trump not being seen by his supporters as a person,
It's actually more likely Trump detractors do not see Trump as a person, but as an existential force of evil and hyperbolic fear. Trump does a ton of folksy chats on social media, which has personalized him to many who tuned in. Democrats literally shot themselves when Trump survived his assassination, shocking the world as to how much Trump is actual flesh and blood and not some spectral ephemeral ghost of evil spirits.

Here's a thought experiment: Biden issues executive orders to push at the walls of the legislative branch by granting amnesty to illegal aliens. much as a velociraptor would test the weaknesses in the electric fence. The Judicial branch then predictably says "You just can't make up a law legalizing citizenship, only Congress can do that"

If the Judicial branch is compromised, then what's to stop the Executive branch from ruling by fiat? The destruction of the Republic comes before the fall, not after.

How government in DC actually works.
While the U.S. president certainly holds significant powers—such as nominating judges, guiding domestic social policies, influencing taxation, conducting foreign wars, and vetoing legislation—in the grand scheme, little changes regardless of which party controls the White House. The bigger picture reveals that the American people largely remain "tax cattle," with healthcare costs kept exorbitantly high by large pharmaceutical companies, and the military consuming much of the budget, benefiting defense contractors like Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Fairchild. Despite public sentiment, issues like mass immigration continue unchecked, and while politicians may pay lip service to social issues, the deeper concerns of empire, finance, multinational corporations, and foreign influence in D.C. remain largely untouched.

Yes, there are disruptions, like the establishment's shock at Donald Trump's election in 2016, reflected in the relentless attacks from every corner of the "swamp" over the past eight years. But Trump, in this context, is more of a speed bump than a wall. Without understanding the true nature of political power and its manipulation, it's easy to fall into the trap of the false right-left dichotomy that defines D.C. politics. Both parties, at their core, are two sides of the same coin—often referred to as the "uniparty." Will Democrats ever achieve free healthcare, free university, or gun confiscation? Will Republicans ever secure a closed border, a return to American national values, or a smaller government? No, because the system is designed to keep people distracted by social issues that never fully resolve, obscuring what’s really happening behind the curtain.

Chris Cuomo recently reported at the DNC: "The suites in D.C. start at $500,000—it's not the Cub Scouts of Columbia County, South Carolina, filling those luxury boxes. The same people who claim to regulate big corporations are literally looking down on the faithful from these suites." Even Cuomo, a disgraced CNN anchor, criticized the Democratic Party for pledging to tackle corporate price gouging while simultaneously charging big donors millions for luxury suites at its Chicago convention. Politics once centered on compromise, but America is now deeply polarized. If this polarization continues unchecked, it will only lead to greater dysfunction and division. Yet, all this noise has little impact on K Street and the power brokers in D.C. The false political spectrum presented to the American people serves a purpose, and it's about time we all recognize that the real game is being played far from the public eye. The coming weeks are sure to be revealing.

How government in DC actually works.
Kamala Harris and her allies in the controlled media have been working hard to rebrand her awkward cackling as an expression of joy, attempting to portray her as "America's mommy." Meanwhile, RFK Jr. has thrown his support behind Donald Trump, seeking to prevent what he views as the degraded Democratic Party from maintaining control of the White House. As we enter the final stretch before November, the political theater is in full swing. Many passionate but perhaps naive individuals believe that their party holds the key to America's future, thinking their vote will steer the country toward their preferred social outcomes. However, the partisan divide in America has reached an intensity not seen in over 150 years, and the majority of Americans can no longer find common ground. The political landscape has shifted from a battle between left and right to one of perceived good versus evil, where compromise seems impossible.

What many Americans fail to grasp is that Congress and the president are not the primary drivers of the laws that govern the country. Instead, it's corporations like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Amazon, AT&T, Alphabet, Pfizer, and lobbying groups like AIPAC that effectively write the laws. Senators and congressmen are often just there to rubber-stamp legislation crafted by these powerful interests. The government, despite the lip service it pays to the people, has not been "of the people, by the people, for the people" for a very long time. What we're witnessing in the lead-up to November is largely theater, designed to distract the public from the real workings of power in Washington, D.C.

In reality, most legislation is subcontracted to K Street, the hub of lobbyists in D.C., who craft laws on behalf of their clients—clients like big pharmaceutical companies, defense contractors, and even foreign governments. These lobbyists then sell their legislation to the elected officials who are supposed to represent their constituents' interests. But instead, these officials often act in the interests of those who fund their campaigns and offer them perks. When you vote for a representative or senator, you're not choosing someone who will write laws; you're choosing someone who will either approve or disapprove of laws written by lobbyists. Essentially, you are electing a hostage negotiator to the stage set by corporate lobbyists. D.C. has become the legislative arm of big business and global finance, rather than a government that truly serves the American people.

The AI is way off base on this one (no surprise). This is one of those issues which they confuse on purpose. The inflation rate has stabilized because the fed "raised the interest rate" which is their lie-speak for deleting dollars.
Well, AI did say this: "However, since it didn't significantly reduce the money supply or address widespread demand, its immediate impact on inflation was limited. "

True, it did leave out the true mechanism for deleting dollars, but I had specifically asked about the 2022 legislation as policy to "reduce inflation."
So yes, AI admitted it lowered prices in the niche market of green energy, but that did little to nothing to address, say, food prices. I suppose an honest AI would put that in for context.

The bill was passed in August 2022, inflation plummeted after that. So what's your point?
Both bills Kamala was responsible for were not what the economy needed.

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 was signed into law by President Joe Biden on March 11, 2021. This followed the Senate's passage of the bill, which included the tie-breaking vote cast by Vice President Kamala Harris.

The U.S. experienced a 9% inflation rate in June 2022. Specifically, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 9.1% year-over-year in June 2022, marking the highest inflation rate in over 40 years.

After the Inflation Reduction Act was signed into law in August 2022 which Kamala also cast the tying vote, inflation in the U.S. gradually began to decline, but this change was influenced by a variety of factors beyond the law itself. The Consumer Price Index (CPI), which measures inflation, had peaked at 9.1% in June 2022. Following the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act and other economic measures, inflation started to decrease, with the CPI falling to 8.3% by August 2022 and continuing to decline into 2023.

The 2021 American Rescue Plan Act injected a lot of money into the economy to help people and businesses during the pandemic. This extra money increased the amount of money circulating in the economy (money supply), which led to more people spending and buying things. When everyone has more money to spend, demand for goods and services goes up. But if the supply of those goods and services can't keep up with the increased demand, prices start to rise, which leads to inflation.

The 2022 Inflation Reduction Act indeed focused on long-term investments in sectors like clean energy and healthcare, which meant that it directed funds toward specific producers rather than broadly increasing consumer spending. By stimulating supply in targeted areas rather than boosting overall consumer demand, the Act avoided exacerbating inflation. However, since it didn't significantly reduce the money supply or address widespread demand, its immediate impact on inflation was limited. The Act's effects on inflation were more about long-term structural changes rather than quick fixes.

Yeah, I agree with you, the average swing state voter won't come close to understanding all that. They just know the prices are too damn high, and someone needs to take the blame.

When Kamala's handlers made the decision to not spend a good bit of time at the DNC blaming Trump specifically for inflation, they are letting the swing state voters decide on their own who to blame...that is NOT how to do election propaganda and win.
