I'll need to give this claim some thought. We're talking about a game with 8 players, likely 2 of whom are mafia (wouldn't be terribly surprised if we had a homunculus, likely Envy since he is mentioned in your claim, and Father in here, though I don't want to assume that the split will be that obvious), and Maria Ross plays a pretty small role in the series on the whole, so I have a difficult time believing she's in this. I recall the scene you've described, and it does fit the Miller (more loosely than some other characters would), so I'll hold off on any judgement of this until I'm off of work.
I’ve never seen the anime so I have no clue. Just relaying what Supa told me in my PM to everyone else.

I have an SOP claim.
I am 2nd Lieutenant Maria Ross, the Miller.
My justification is that I was wrongly charged with killing Lieutenant Colonel Hughes. The real killer was Envy who was disguised as me, but I was put bars because all the evidence was against me. In jail I was faced with two options, leave or be executed, so I obviously chose the leave option. Because I was innocent even though guilty in the eyes of almost everyone, I am the Miller.
As usual I am more than happy to be lynched assuming we don’t find a suitable alternative

Maybe in a degree mill? But in accredited institutions they represent academic achievement and are indicative of academic ability. They have a large impact on the perception of employers (on graduate hires), as well as trajectory of future study.

I'm completely unfamiliar with methodology of determining gerrymandered states, but a (naïve) approach from my perspective would be to determine the ratio of party affiliated voters in a given state, and then compare this to the party apportionment ratio of the congressional districts.Are there major issues in this approach that make it unsuitable for determining fairness of districting from your perspectives?
Actually yes. Southern states like Kentucky and West Virginia have a lot of ancestral Democrats who are registered as Democrats but are extremely conservative.
Furthermore, many states don’t have political affiliation data like Texas. You can vote in any party’s primary. I myself voted for Bernie. It would be pretty unreliable.
I think the fairest standards are compactness and contiguous. As the nation becomes more rural vs urban with suburbs as the battleground, districts should become more compact and contiguous.

- KS, NE, WV, UT, SC, IA, WI, VA, AL, IN, OH, GA, and FL all get one extra Republican seat
KS the map is contiguous and compact plus Sharice Davids, a Democrat holds KS-3
Nebraska is also compact and contiguous with NE-2 being a district Biden won and Brad Ashford won in 2012 or 2014, I forget
West Virginia is definitely compact and contiguous, but it is also one of the most GOP states lol
Utah I don’t think is too bad, but I’ll give it to you for sake of argument
South Carolina is also a rather fair map considering its compact and pretty contiguous. The one district that isn’t was won by Democrat Joe Cunningham in 2018 and he lost by like a point to Nancy Mace. Definitely not unfair.
Iowa has always been drawn by an independent commission so don’t know where this comes from not to mention it is compact and contiguous

So we can also blame Republicans for at least one of the Democratic advantages.

Well, I'll help out your "opinion" a little bit here (a quick google search could have helped you out as well): Like I said, the average WNBA player tends to be 6'0 (or around there), but the shortest ever was 5'2. There have been other players 5'6 and under as well. So, you're wrong. But that's fine. My point is that short players obviously have to be very good or have benefits in other ways to counteract their lack of height. So, at what point is an advantage truly significant when there are multiple factors that determine an athlete's performance? And how significant are those advantage when the player also has clear disadvantages that most other players don't share?
I think you misunderstood my point but ig I could have been more clear. Ofc they’re going to hire people less than 6’0 lol. But my point was they’re more likely to hire a 6’0 than a 5’6 person because of the advantage conferred. My point is that a 5’6 trans women still holds advantages that even a 6’0 male doesn’t have. It’s like having a 5’6 cis male from the NBA participate in WNBA against a 6’0 cis woman. The male wins everytime because wot the body structure which allows for dunks and hard lay ups, etc. A trans woman still brings this advantage conferred in men to a cis woman sport.
My problem is why they should feel entitled to compete against cis women when they’re superior - it’s like having an NBA player and playing against a WNBA player but in this case it’s the worst NBA player against the best WNBA player. The NBA player wins every time. That’s essentially the comparison here.
Everyone knows the reason why trans women choose to compete in cis women sports is cause it’s easier. Gender identity is only a ridiculous justification for it. And as RM mentioned, a disgrace to every aspect of women’s rights and sports.
