You met students these days? What makes you think they debate anything?
I am a HS student lol. Many of them debate better than I do on many formats such as LD. That said, some of them just don't like the fact the debating system is based on acting up rather than, you know, logic.
This site is perfect for freeform debating, and this is what many HS kids probably need without them knowing because ppl with no life here chooses to circlejerk rather than to publicize it.

Firstly, I would choose to commend you for actually being as active as you are. I wouldn't say you replaced RM fully but when he is gone, you basically took up the role as the ultimate controversial topic dispenser. Without you, this place would become a wasteland rather than a slum.
Secondly, I have access to the entire a2c discord server (applying to college). They know that I wrote this site as a college essay topic. Don't get cocky or cringe. This is singlehandedly the one most influential site to my HS years.

Honestly the only way is to bring club-fuls of HS debating students (or even college debating students) in through invitation. Though the relative juvenile population is declining. I really do think I am one of the only chronically online young persons here at this point and even then I wasn't as active as I used to be because I had to write college apps.

The main reason holding this website back is because this site is mostly composed of people with no life. Well, maybe not the causal one, but it is a reason why it is in a downward spiral. I have linked this site several times and some ppl thought this was a good idea. I think the only way(at least I can think of) to make DArt great again is if we transform this into a bustling practice platform for debating students.

I think the fact that I haven't participated in a debate in YEARS now and yet still sit in the Number 11 spot is really telling of whats happening to this website. I want people to remember that I moved between spots in the gap of a few months, and I was all the way down in the 20s for a while, its not like i was staying high up.

Unless you are a biomed or bioeng major who can develop a way for humans to reproduce asexually, ideals like this are dangerous. I mean, how are humanity supposed to progress as humanity if they are told the smartest thing to do is to end one's bloodline?

Essentially you have made a thread about some "Math equation" then proceeded to talk about barely that. I can surefire say that I expected an explanation of a mathematical model based on our physical and societal norms, basically how Ebuc rolls on this hellscape of a land, and instead I got whatever this is.

What is even more laughable, and not even just tangentially so, is that "2", "2" and "4" require links to understand what they even represent and, believe me when I say this, has BARELY ANY relations to the idea of 2 or 4. This ain't integral spin or beta decay, nor is this an alpha particle consisting or two neutrons and two protons. This "equation" if you can even call it so merely demonstrates the concept of addition and nothing more than that, and the fact that the length and density you have put into your "proof" in order to illustrate the additive property of these two "2"'s (which I may or may not understand based on just what that is) makes it infinitely worse...

Christmas has long since become an over-consumered festival if I can say so. Essentially it has become a way for the big marketing companies to make their marketing companies bigger and bigger rather than to stick it to whatever it is originally supposed to mean.
They will put up rotisserie chicken at Thanksgivings without caring about the Native Americans that died. They will put pumpkins for sale on October 31st without caring to stop by to know what "hallows" are. This is no different. Maybe another benefactor would be the lumberjacks for cutting so many trees down for decorative lighting in and outside houses, and possibly making Greta Thunberg a little bit angrier, but that is outside the question. I am pretty sure Miss Thunberg would approve of none of these practices, not necessarily that I agree or disagree with her regarding climate issues anyways.
But all these dates do pollute, and that is bad.

Title explains it. IDK what viewpoints will be on here but if you have a voice, shout thy lungs out so I could hear you.
Don't say stuff like "Ohh you shouldn't even go to colleges at all". If so, shut up. I am like top 1~3 in terms of GPA at my school, there is no reason for me to not go.
Also I am still just a HS senior. My major in the applications say it's Physics but obviously I am not yet a physicist. If you can somehow convince me to switch to engineering or something(despite in many schools the college of engineering is actually harder to get in), sure I guess, another essay topic.
