That’s a lie. norfentanyl is listed on the line directly below the fentanyl line in the toxicology report you attached. The amount is listed as 5.6 ng/ml

This country has a long history of discriminating against certain ethnic groups when it comes to immigration policy. The Chinese exclusion Act, Operation Wetback, favoring immigrants who already had family here to favor Europeans, offering special consideration for people sponsored by big business or who have money.
The left wants to process people into the country at a higher rate without requiring a certain level of wealth to come here. Obviously at a time when businesses say they can’t find enough workers this would be a good time to open the doors to immigrants. That said, refugees from crime, hate, hunger and the like is a different consideration and those people need to be treated with humanity.

“Statistics provided by the District of Columbia US Attorney’s office reveal that more than a quarter of those arrested — 255 defendants — have been charged with “assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers or employees”. Of those 255, 85 have been charged with using “deadly or dangerous” weapons or causing injury to law enforcement officers.
