Nope. and you can use a controller for it if you are more comfortable (Max does this on PC too) though I reccomend using mouse and keyboard, since you won't have auto aim anymore so aiming will feel weird. Also the main reason to play on PC would be for better accuracy with a mouse, it is hard at first but you will get used to it.
I don't play OW PC because I orginally started on Xbox and I personally don't wanna pay for the game again when my stats don't get saved onto PC
I have like 4 overwatch accounts on PC, you are welcome to use one of them if you dont wanna pay again
