This has been such a worthwhile exchange.
Well, I tried to make it worthwhile by discussing things the things that people were pointing to in the trials. However, at this point I can agree this conversation isn't worthwhile, especially since my biggest point about the texts was ignored. I've done my part here. If you want to make this discussion more worthwhile, provide actual evidence of a conspired insurrection. Until then, we can agree to your mutual indifference towards each other's opinions.

I don't care what you expect or don't expect of me. My point was that it's irrelevant, and I wanted to make that point.
Do you even know anyone who cares what Ivanka thinks, left or right?
Clearly the Democratic Party did since they called her up just to make a big deal about some opinion of hers that was only useful for making headlines.

Surprised me to hear Ivanka come out on Bill Barr's side.
I don't see a single reason to care about this. This is essentially just the old playground kickball rule of "If your teammate makes a call that benefits the other team, they must be right on the matter." The rule completely ignores the idea of said teammate just being wrong about the issue, despite a lack of dishonest intentions.
The Sean Hannity texts also surprised me.
I don't see what's so surprising about them. Journalists are advocative (as opposed to objective) more than ever, and I guarantee having inside sources is nothing new either. That being said, it's bad for journalism and it's part of why I stopped watching FOX and why I will never care to watch CNN or any of the other MSM networks. That set aside, the texts don't indicate any attempt at insurrection on the part of the Trump campaign or Hannity; in fact, near the end (on Jan 6), Hannity asked Meadows to get people to leave peacefully, to which Meadows responded with "On it." So it's pretty clear that while they both believed in a fraudulent election and worked with each other to try to get their viewpoint across, they didn't do anything criminal. If this is really the big terrible deal that proves some "evil plot to overthrow the government", then it tells me this investigation is nothing more than partisan nonsense that thanks to the media, has elevated to become a legitimate threat to the American people by means of giving one party an excuse to jail as many political opponents as possible.

I have a bit of a story here.
So I saw this dude’s first post and username spelling and immediately got Little Timmy vibes from him. So I checked his profile and saw his debates, and it looks like he just copy and pasted his arguments from somewhere else. At this point I DMed him saying something like “What are you, 12?” to try to get a confession out of him so I could turn him over to the mods for a ban, but he said he was 15 and I decided not to pursue it any further.
Until he asked me in his thread if I had any of his DDO information. At first I just gave him a reply and recommended he try mafia out, but then I thought “Wait a minute, what a strange post from him, considering my already existing suspicions of him.”
So the I looked at his profile again and he had updated it. There was not a single period or decent grammar in his “about me” section and it mentions “sports” over and over again. Also, I took a look at his posts and found that he had taken your pfp (probably not to mock, just his own laziness or whatever little Timmy nonsense) and was spamming his own thread without even completing a sentence within a single post. Then he made a second “hello” post and tagged some random dude he was debating in an unrelated place on the site for whatever reason in it, and then he made this post about someone breaking his leg, which to me just sounded like he was trying to 1-up whatever Wylted was saying. So it was good of you to post the link you posted if it is true, but I have a feeling his story isn’t true at all.
By now I am pretty sure that there is no way this guy is actually telling the truth about his age and is old enough to be on the site. I contacted a mod about it, but we agreed that there was not enough evidence to justify a ban, no matter incredibly suspicious we were of him.
TLDR: He’s probably just some little timmy posting on the site solely for attention and there’s not enough objective evidence to do anything about it.

Mharman, would lynching someone who is lynchproof end the DP?
If a lynchproof is in one of my games and reaches all votes needed to lynch, the Day Phase will not end. I will only end a Day Phase if time runs out or a lynch occurs. Since a lynchproof cannot be lynched, no day phase can be ended that way.
